Description
(i)20から80重量%のセッケン、
(ii)2から40重量%のポリオール、
(iii)5から50重量%の水、および、
(iv)0.5から5重量%の電解質、
を含み、前記気泡固形セッケンがアクリレートまたはセルロースエーテルから選択された0.1から5重量%のポリマーを含む、気泡固形セッケンを提供する。
(i)20から80部のセッケン、2から40部のポリオール、5から50部の水、0.5から5部の電解質、および、アクリレートまたはセルロースエーテルから選択された0.1から5部のポリマーを混合して混合物を調製する段階、
(ii)混合物を50から95℃に加熱して溶融セッケン生地を得る段階、
(ii)溶融セッケン生地に空気を取込ませる段階、および、
(iv)空気を取込ませた溶融セッケン生地を冷却して0.2から0.99g/cm3の密度をもつ気泡固形セッケンを得る段階、
を含む気泡固形セッケンの製造方法を提供する。
(i)20から80重量%のセッケン、
(ii)2から40重量%のポリオール、
(iii)5から50重量%の水、および、
(iv)0.5から5重量%の電解質、
を含み、前記気泡固形セッケンがアクリレートまたはセルロースエーテルから選択された0.1から5重量%のポリマーを含む、気泡固形セッケンを提供する。
(i)20から80部のセッケン、2から40部のポリオール、5から50部の水、0.5から5部の電解質、および、アクリレートまたはセルロースエーテルから選択された0.1から5部のポリマーを混合して混合物を調製する段階、
(ii)混合物を50から95℃に加熱して溶融セッケン生地を得る段階、
(ii)溶融セッケン生地に空気を取込ませる段階、および、
(iv)空気を取込ませた溶融セッケン生地を冷却して0.2から0.99g/cm3の密度をもつ気泡固形セッケンを得る段階、
を含む、気泡固形セッケンの製造方法を提供する。
好ましい気泡固形セッケンの製造
好ましい気泡固形セッケンの配合組成を表1に示す。
予め計量した4つの固形セッケンをセッケントレーに載せた。2種類のセッケントレーを使用した。一方のトレーは、固形製品に付いた水が切れるように水切りすなわち浮出し格子を有していた。他方のトレーは水がトレーに溜まって固形製品が“水浸し”になるように水切りを有していなかった。双方の種類のトレーを用いて摩耗率測定手順を続けた。
マッシュは固形セッケンがたとえばセッケン箱の中で水に接触したまま放置されたときに形成されるセッケンと水とのペーストまたはジェルである。セッケンの可溶成分が溶解し、残りの固形セッケンに水が吸収されて膨潤が生じ、また、大抵のセッケンでは再結晶化も生じる。
これは1から5の段階で評価し、得点が高いほど良好または容易な空気取込みを示す。段階は、処理中に溶融生地の体積を増加させるために要した時間を表す。得点の内容は表2に説明した。
空気保留は1から5の段階で評価し、得点が高いほど溶融生地中の良好な空気保留を示す。通気の結果として溶融生地の体積が増加する。空気を取込ませた溶融生地の体積を最初(t=1分)および最後(t=10分後)に測定する。空気保留パーセンテージは以下のように算出する。
アクリレートポリマーの効果
基本(対照)固形セッケンを既述の方法によって製造した。対照固形製品がCARBOPOL(商標) Aqua SFを含有していなかった以外は対照固形製品の配合組成は表1の配合組成に等しかった。CARBOPOL(商標) Aqua SFの量を変更して様々な好ましい気泡固形セッケンを製造した。これは水の量を適宜変更することによって調整した。これらの固形製品の摩耗率、マッシュ量、空気取込み、空気保留および密度を測定した。結果を表4に示す。
ポリオールの効果
基本(対照)固形セッケンを既述の方法によって製造した。対照固形製品がポリオールをまったく含有していなかった以外は対照固形製品の配合組成は表1の配合組成に等しかった。グリセロールの量を変更して様々な好ましい気泡固形セッケンを製造した。
水の効果
セッケンおよびポリオールを変更することによって水の配合量を調整した。これらの固形製品の摩耗率、マッシュ量、空気取込み、空気保留および密度を測定した。結果を表6に示す。
電解質の効果
表1の配合組成の塩化ナトリウムの量を変更することによって好ましい気泡固形セッケンを製造した。塩化ナトリウムの配合量は水分量を変更することによって調整した。これらの固形製品の摩耗率、マッシュ量、空気取込み、空気保留および密度を測定した。結果を表7に示す。
有機材料および粒子状無機材料の効果
タルクおよびデンプンを様々な配合量で含有する好ましい気泡固形セッケンを製造した。配合組成はセッケンおよび水の量を変更することによって釣り合わせた。これらの固形製品の摩耗率、マッシュ量、空気取込み、空気保留および密度を測定した。結果を表8に示す。
セルロースエーテルを含有する好ましい気泡固形セッケン
アクリレートポリマーの代わりにセルロースエーテル(カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム)を含有する好ましい気泡固形セッケンを製造した。これらの固形製品の配合組成を表9に示す。
Claims (11)
- 0.2から0.99g/cm3の密度を有する気泡固形セッケンが、
(i)20から80重量%のセッケン、
(ii)2から40重量%のポリオール、
(iii)5から50重量%の水、および、
(iv)0.5から5重量%の電解質、
を含み、前記気泡固形セッケンが0.1から5重量%のアクリレートを含む、気泡固形セッケン。 - 1から50重量%の粒子状無機材料を含み、前記粒子状無機材料が、タルク、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、クレーおよびこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載の気泡固形セッケン。
- デンプン、セルロースまたはワックスから選択された有機材料を0.1から40重量%の量で含有する、請求項1または2に記載の気泡固形セッケン。
- 前記気泡固形セッケンがタルクおよびデンプンを含有する、請求項3に記載の気泡固形セッケン。
- タルク対デンプンの比が1:1から1:6である、請求項4に記載の気泡固形セッケン。
- 0.1から10重量%の脂肪酸を含有する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の気泡固形セッケン。
- 非イオン性、アニオン性、カチオン性または双イオン性の界面活性剤またはこれらの混合物から選択されたノンソープ界面活性剤を1から30重量%の量で含有する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の気泡固形セッケン。
- (i)20から80部のセッケン、2から40部のポリオール、5から50部の水、0.5から5部の電解質、および、0.1から5部のアクリレートを混合して混合物を調製する段階、
(ii)前記混合物を50から95℃に加熱して溶融セッケン生地を得る段階、
(ii)前記溶融セッケン生地に空気を取込ませる段階、および、
(iv)空気を取込ませた前記溶融セッケン生地を冷却して0.2から0.99g/cm
3の密度をもつ気泡固形セッケンを得る段階、
を含む気泡固形セッケンの製造方法。 - 前記溶融セッケン生地をコンテナに収容し、前記溶融セッケン生地の一部を汲み出して空気を取込ませる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 空気を取込ませた前記溶融セッケン生地をホモジナイザーで混練し、同じコンテナまたは別のコンテナに戻す、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の気泡固形セッケンの使用。
