本发明涉及一种具有改进特性的洗涤剂棒。
背景技术
含表面活性剂的棒用于手洗餐具或手洗衣物。长时间暴露于水中的棒的结构完整性是已知的问题。棒易于膨胀和磨损增加,伴随“糊状”。已经提出添加超过1%的纤维素作为此问题的解决方案,例如GB2222410中。然而,即使在相当高的水平下,纤维素也不会显著改进结构完整性。
本发明解决的问题是需要具有改进物理特性的洗涤剂棒。
发明内容
本发明提供一种洗涤剂棒,其包含0.01至1重量%的分子量为至少100,000的聚乙二醇和以下中的至少一种:
(a)0.01至5重量%的分子量为1,000至20,000的聚丙烯酸;(b)0.01至1重量%的羟丙基甲基纤维素;和(c)0.01至1重量%的羟乙基纤维素。
本发明进一步提供一种洗涤剂棒,其包含0.01至5重量%的分子量为1,000至20,000的聚丙烯酸和以下中的至少一种:
(a)0.01至1重量%的羟丙基甲基纤维素;(b)0.01至1重量%的羟乙基纤维素。
本发明进一步提供一种洗涤剂棒,其包含0.01至1重量%的羟丙基甲基纤维素和0.01至1重量%的羟乙基纤维素。
具体实施方式
除非另有规定,否则百分比是重量百分比(重量%)并且温度是以℃为单位。除非另有规定,否则操作在室温(20-25℃)下进行。洗涤剂棒组分的百分比是以棒的总重量计。“凝胶”是成分的混合物,其将自发形成凝胶或形成的凝胶。
优选地,聚乙二醇的分子量(Mn)为至少300,000,优选至少500,000、优选至少1,000,000、优选至少2,000,000、优选至少3,000,000;优选不超过10,000,000、优选不超过8,000,000、优选不超过7,000,000。优选地,洗涤剂棒包含至少0.05重量%的聚乙二醇,优选至少0.07重量%、优选至少0.09重量%、优选至少0.12重量%;优选不超过0.8重量%、优选不超过0.6重量%、优选不超过0.5重量%。
优选地,聚丙烯酸的分子量(Mw)为至少1,500,优选至少2,000、优选至少2,500、优选至少3,000;优选不超过15,000、优选不超过10,000、优选不超过7,000、优选不超过6,000。优选地,洗涤剂棒包含至少0.2重量%的聚丙烯酸,优选至少0.4重量%、优选至少0.6重量%;优选不超过4.5重量%、优选不超过4重量%、优选不超过3.5重量%、优选不超过3重量%。

优选地,洗涤剂棒包含5至25重量%的表面活性剂;优选至少7重量%、优选至少9重量%、优选至少11重量%;优选不超过20重量%、优选不超过17重量%。优选地,表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂。直链烷基苯磺酸盐(LABS)为优选的。优选地,洗涤剂棒包含75至95重量%的矿物质;优选至少80重量%、优选至少83重量%;优选不超过93重量%、优选不超过91重量%、优选不超过89重量%。矿物质包括无机阴离子的金属盐,例如碳酸盐、硅酸盐、硫酸盐和碳酸氢盐,以及各种类型的粘土。优选地,洗涤剂棒包含45至75重量%的白云石和方解石的混合物;优选50至70重量%,优选54至66重量%。优选地,洗涤剂棒包含4至20重量%的粘土(优选瓷土),优选6至18重量%,优选8至16重量%。优选地,洗涤剂棒包含3至18重量%的苏打灰,优选5至15重量%,优选6至14重量%。洗涤剂棒可含有较少量的其它成分,例如硅酸钠、硫酸镁、香料和着色剂。

Claims (6)

1.一种洗涤剂棒,其包含0.05至0.8重量%的分子量为至少3,000,000且不超过8,000,000的聚乙二醇和以下中的至少一种:
(a)0.4至4.5重量%的分子量为1,500至15,000的聚丙烯酸;(b)0.05至0.6重量%的羟丙基甲基纤维素,其具有在15与30重量%之间的甲氧基含量和在10与30%之间的羟基丙氧基含量;和(c)0.15至0.9重量%的羟乙基纤维素,其具有0.5至5的环氧乙烷摩尔取代度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂棒,其中所述羟丙基甲基纤维素的分子量为至少700,000且不大于2,000,000。
3.根据权利要求2所述的洗涤剂棒,其中所述羟乙基纤维素的分子量为至少700,000且不大于2,000,000。
4.根据权利要求3所述的洗涤剂棒,其中所述聚乙二醇的分子量为5,000,000。
5.根据权利要求4所述的洗涤剂棒,其中所述羟丙基甲基纤维素的分子量为800,000。
6.根据权利要求5所述的洗涤剂棒,其中所述羟乙基纤维素的分子量为1,000,000。
