車両に要求される要求パワーに応じて前記エンジンの目標回転数を設定すると共に前記エンジンを前記目標回転数で回転させるための回転調整用トルクを設定し、前記エンジンから前記要求パワーに基づくパワーが出力されると共に前記モータから前記回転調整用トルクをトルク制限で制限して得られるトルクが出力されるよう前記エンジンと前記モータとを制御する制御手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記回転調整用トルクが前記トルク制限を超過する超過条件の成立後は、前記エンジンについては、前記回転調整用トルクが前記トルク制限を超過している超過状態のときには第1パワーと前記トルク制限の前記回転調整用トルクに対する不足分に対応する第2パワーとの和だけ前記要求パワーより小さなパワーが出力されるよう制御し、前記回転調整用トルクが前記トルク制限を超過していない非超過状態のときには前記第1パワーだけ前記要求パワーより小さなパワーが出力されるよう制御する手段である、

車両に要求される要求パワーに応じて前記エンジンの目標回転数を設定すると共に前記エンジンを前記目標回転数で回転させるための回転調整用トルクを設定し、前記エンジンから前記要求パワーに基づくパワーが出力されると共に前記モータから前記回転調整用トルクをトルク制限で制限して得られるトルクが出力されるよう前記エンジンと前記モータとを制御する制御手段と、を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記回転調整用トルクが前記トルク制限を超過する超過条件の成立後は、前記エンジンについては、前記回転調整用トルクが前記トルク制限を超過している超過状態のときには第1パワーと前記トルク制限の前記回転調整用トルクに対する不足分に対応する第2パワーとの和だけ前記要求パワーより小さなパワーが出力されるよう制御し、前記回転調整用トルクが前記トルク制限を超過していない非超過状態のときには前記第1パワーだけ前記要求パワーより小さなパワーが出力されるよう制御する手段である、

前記制御手段は、前記超過条件の成立後は、前記エンジンについては、前記非超過状態のときに、該非超過状態が所定時間に亘って継続するまでは前記第1パワーだけ前記要求パワーより小さなパワーが前記エンジンから出力されるよう制御し、前記非超過状態が前記所定時間に亘って継続した後は前記第1パワーだけ前記要求パワーより小さなパワーから前記回転調整用トルクの前記トルク制限に対する余裕分に対応するパワーだけ前記要求パワーより小さなパワーに前記エンジンからの出力パワーが近づくよう制御する手段である、

前記第1パワーは、前記超過条件の成立後は、前記非超過状態の継続に従って小さくなるパワーである、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記第1パワーは、前記超過条件の成立時の前記要求パワーを前記超過条件の成立時の前記目標回転数で除して得られる値が大きいほど大きくなる傾向のパワーである、
