Description
Claims (11)
- モジュール式の予備形成された放射パネルであって、遮熱背面層(1)と、機械的強度及び外装仕上げ造作を備えた前面層と、パネルに一体化されて熱搬送流体を流動させる1つ又はより多くの放射パイプ(4)からなるサンドイッチ状構造のパネルにおいて、
前記放射パイプ(4)が前記遮熱背面層(1)に形成された溝(2)に収容され、前記遮熱背面層にはさらに前記放射パイプ(4)に供給を行うための一対のヘッダ(5)のための収容溝(3)が備えられ、前記収容溝(3)はパネルの中央線に実質的に平行でその両側に配置され、前記ヘッダ(5)はパネル全体を横切りパネルの周縁より内側で終端すると共に、パネルの両端に対応してパネルの外側に向いた接続部を有し、前記収容溝(3)が前記ヘッダ(5)を僅かなクリアランスで収容する横方向寸法を有し、前記ヘッダ(5)に対して前記放射パイプ(4)の端部を接続するT型接合部(6)の係合操作時に前記ヘッダ(5)の軸方向での容易な変位と前記放射パイプ(4)の前記端部の横方向の変位とが可能となるように前記溝(2)が前記放射パイプ(4)の前記端部に対応して徐々に拡がるV字形を有することを特徴とする、放射パネル。 - 前記放射パイプ(4)が、前記ヘッダに垂直な他方の中央線に従って分割した場合にそれぞれがパネルの半分に作用する2つの個別回路を形成し、各々の放射パイプ(4)の自由端が前記パネルからの前記ヘッダ(5)の端部近傍に配置され、T型接合部(6)によって流体的に接続される、請求項1の放射パネル。
- 前記T型接合部(6)の自由開口がパネルの外側を向き、接続スリーブ(7)に対する急速継手システムを有する、請求項1の放射パネル。
- 前記ヘッダと平行なパネルの中央線がパネルの長い方の中央線である、請求項1から3のいずれかの放射パネル。
- 一対のヘッダ(5)を収容する前記溝(3)がパネルの前記中央線に隣接して配置される、請求項4の放射パネル。
- 前記背面層(1)が、パネルの1つ又は2つの中央線にそってそれぞれ分割される、同一寸法の2つ又は4つの個別の要素からなる、請求項1から5のいずれかの放射パネル。
- 前記要素がポリスチレンやポリウレタンの如き発泡プラスチック材料を成型することにより形成されている、請求項6の放射パネル。
- 前記要素がコルクのような天然由来の材料から作成されている、請求項6の放射パネル。
- 前記前面層が、石膏ボード、ファイバボード、アスベストセメント、防水材料、吸音材料、天然由来の材料(木材)その他の同様な材料など、好ましくは繊維強化された複合材料から作成されている、請求項1から8のいずれかの放射パネル。
- パネルの前記前面層が、前記ヘッダ(5)の端部に対応して前記背面層(1)に開口しているアクセス窓(8)を有し、それを通してパネルの前記放射パイプ(4)と前記ヘッダ(5)の間の流体接続に接近可能である、請求項9の放射パネル。
- 前記背面層(1)が溝(3)と実質的に平行な溝をさらに有し、この溝は両側の窓(8)で終端し、電気ケーブルを収容しうる、請求項10の放射パネル。
