Abstract

本发明涉及建材领域,具体涉及一种循环使用的恒温陶瓷地板集成系统,包括地板砖,所述地板砖的底面开设有若干道凹槽,地板砖的底面连接有基板,凹槽和基板之间铺设有支架组件,支架组件包括上下搭装的导热件和定位支架,导热件和定位支架之间设有反射膜,所述基板采用网状结构板件,基板的四周均设有搭扣槽和搭扣块,本结构采用模块式拼接,在地板砖和基板之间铺设支架组件,结合具体使用情况所需,相应的设置水暖或电暖所需的支架组件,组装之后结构紧密牢靠,不会出现滑动、移位和脱落,整体操作调整安装方便,实现不同地暖方式之间的更换,彻底解决结构只能单一地暖方式铺设的问题,铺设经济,地板砖可回收循环使用,产品的通用性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及建材领域,具体涉及一种循环使用的恒温陶瓷地板集成系统。
背景技术
目前,随着室内取暖设施的发展,越来越多的人使用地暖,地暖是地板辐射采暖的简称,是以整个地面为散热器,通过地板辐射层中的热媒,均匀加热整个地面,利用地面自身的蓄热和热量向上辐射的规律由下至上进行传导,来达到取暖的目的。而现有的地暖通常采用的形式有:水地暖和电地暖,水地暖是以温度不高于60℃的热水为热媒,在埋置于地面以下填充层中的加热管内循环流动,加热整个地板,电地暖是将外表面允许工作温度上限为65℃的发热电缆埋设在地板中,以发热电缆为热源加热地板实现地面辐射供暖的方式;而现有的施工方式工艺复杂,现场施工量大且在施工以及混凝土凝固的过程中,容易使以上铺设材料损坏,而在凝固前采用聚苯板或发泡材料制作而成的地暖砖会整体弹起,会导致导热管无法架设,在与混凝土直接接触后,其导热效果较差,容易出现热损失,导致热源供应不畅,而且整体厚度大,如果内部管路或线路发生损坏时,维修时及其不方便,因此,需要有一种具有可协调设置替换水暖和地暖的地板集成系统,而且满足升温快,调整维修方便,达到采暖安装的高效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种能够提高资源利用率、铺设安装简便、可满足两用式安装的循环使用的恒温陶瓷地板集成系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种循环使用的恒温陶瓷地板集成系统,包括地板砖,所述地板砖的底面开设有若干道凹槽,地板砖的底面连接有基板,所述凹槽和基板之间铺设有支架组件,所述支架组件包括上下搭装的导热件和定位支架。
优选的,所述导热件和定位支架之间设有反射膜。
优选的,所述定位支架采用截面为长方形的中空型材,定位支架的两侧下方均设有定位散热翅。
优选的,所述导热件采用截面为半圆弧形的型材,所述导热件的两端内壁设有定位台阶和定位卡条,导热件的外壁面中部设有内陷沟槽,用于卡装导热电缆。 
优选的,所述定位支架的两侧上方均设有与定位卡条对应的卡槽。
优选的,所述导热件采用管件型材,用于热水循环导热。
优选的,所述基板采用网状结构板件,所述基板的上表面设有若干道定位槽,基板的四周均设有搭扣槽和搭扣块。
优选的,所述搭扣块采用T型搭扣结构,所述搭扣槽采用与搭扣块结构对应的T型扣槽。
优选的,所述地板砖的中部还设有若干个方形中空孔。
优选的,所述凹槽的截面形状为“U”形。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:采用多个基板相互搭装拼接,在地板砖和基板之间铺设支架组件,采用的支架组件可结合具体使用情况所需,相应的设置水暖或电暖所需的支架组件,整体操作调整安装方便,结构采用模块式拼接,方便拆装维修,而且在支架组件中均设有定位支架,主要起到隔热、隔音和防潮的效果,利用定位散热翅与基板的定位槽紧密结合,不会出现滑动、移位和脱落,组装之后结构紧密牢靠,减少因为施工过程中可能造成的管道位置偏移、分布不均等缺点;该结构还在支架组件中设置反射膜,有效的隔热保温,从而防止热量流失,提高了能源的利用率,整体结构模块拆装更换方便,实现水暖和电暖方式之间的方便更换,并不会产生建筑垃圾,地板砖结构可回收循环使用,彻底解决一种地暖结构只能单一的实现水暖或电暖铺设的问题,实现产品的通用性,降低了生产成本,排除故障方便,满足了客户的使用需求。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例来进一步说明本发明。
如图1、图2所示,本实施例1采用电暖装置的地板集成系统,包括地板砖1,在地板砖1的底面开设有若干道平行间隔排列的凹槽11,凹槽11的截面形状为“U”形;地板砖1的中部还设有若干个方形中空孔12,有效的减轻重量,节省材料的使用,地板砖1的底面连接有基板3,在每个凹槽11和基板3之间均都铺设有支架组件2,所述支架组件2包括上下搭装的导热件21和定位支架23。导热件21和定位支架23之间设有反射膜22,反射膜22可采用铝箔或氧化铝膜,能够有效的反射及保温从导热件21内产生的热量,保证整体热量不被流失,热量利用率高。其中定位支架23采用截面为长方形的中空型材,该中空型材选用铝质或不锈钢或铝合金,具有质轻结构牢靠,通用性高的特点,基板3采用网状结构板件,在基板3的上表面设有若干道与地板砖1上的凹槽11对应间隔分布的定位槽33,从而有效的上下定位卡接支架组件2,结构限位,减少因为施工过程中可能造成的管道位置偏移、分布不均等缺点,基板3的四周均设有搭扣槽32和搭扣块31,搭扣块31采用T型搭扣结构,所述搭扣槽32采用与搭扣块31结构对应的T型扣槽,采用多块基板3的多方位拼接,模块式安装,定位准确,节省了安装时间,方便了施工操作,施工质量高。
如图3所示,所述导热件21采用截面为半圆弧形的型材,其外壁顶面可很好的与凹槽11的内壁贴合,在导热件21的半圆弧形的左右两端内壁设有定位台阶212和定位卡条213,导热件21的外壁面中部设有内陷沟槽211,用于卡装导热电缆4,从而实现导热电缆4和地板砖1底部的紧密贴合,最大化散发热量,达到保暖的效果,在定位支架23的两侧下方均设有定位散热翅232,可与基板3上的定位槽33对应贴合。所述定位支架23的两侧上方均设有与定位卡条213对应的卡槽231,导热件21的定位台阶212与定位支架23的上端面相互限位搭接,并通过定位卡条213和卡槽231相互卡接,实现导热件21和定位支架23的上下紧密安装,并将反射膜22安装于导热件21和定位支架23,实现整体的有效贴合,而且模块式搭接,支架式组装,方便施工的同时也为日后的故障排查带来极大的方便,排查后的结构件还可回收利用,环保节能。
如图4、图5所示,本实施例2采用水暖装置的地板集成系统,包括地板砖1、支架组件2’和基板3,其中地板砖1和基板3的结构跟实施例1的结构一致,从而实现一种结构外件,满足电暖和水暖模块两种结构的铺设,部件使用少,产品性价比高,方便售后服务的协助。
如图6所示,其中支架组件2’包括导热件21’和定位支架23’,在导热件21’和定位支架23’之间也设有反射膜22,其作用也主要是起到隔热保温的功效,所述导热件21’采用管件型材,其内部可导入热水系统,主要用于热水循环导热。定位支架23’ 采用截面为长方形的中空型材,只是厚度相对较小,其两侧下方均设有定位散热翅232,同样可有效与基板3上的定位槽33贴合限位卡接,只需替换两个部件,即可实现电暖和水暖发热方式的更换,整体结构模块拆装更换方便,不会产生建筑垃圾,地板砖结构可回收循环使用,彻底解决一种地暖结构只能单一的实现水暖或电暖铺设的问题,实现产品的通用性,降低了生产成本,排除故障方便,铺设时方便经济,部件安装摩擦损失小,输送热量能力大,耐热耐压性能好,且拥有优越的耐低温性能,可冷暖两用,有良好的质量稳定性和抗冲击性具有广阔的市场前景。

Claims (7)

1.一种循环使用的恒温陶瓷地板集成系统,包括地板砖(1),其特征在于:所述地板砖(1)的底面开设有若干道凹槽(11),地板砖(1)的底面连接有基板(3),所述凹槽(11)和基板(3)之间铺设有支架组件(2);所述支架组件(2)包括上下搭装的导热件(21)和定位支架(23);所述导热件(21)和定位支架(23)之间设有反射膜(22);所述定位支架(23)采用截面为长方形的中空型材,定位支架(23)的两侧下方均设有定位散热翅(232);所述导热件(21)采用截面为半圆弧形的型材,所述导热件(21)的两端内壁设有定位台阶(212)和定位卡条(213),导热件(21)的外壁面中部设有内陷沟槽(211),用于卡装导热电缆。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种循环使用的恒温陶瓷地板集成系统,其特征在于:所述定位支架(23)的两侧上方均设有与定位卡条(213)对应的卡槽(231)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环使用的恒温陶瓷地板集成系统,其特征在于:所述导热件(21)采用管件型材,用于热水循环导热。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环使用的恒温陶瓷地板集成系统,其特征在于:所述基板(3)采用网状结构板件,所述基板(3)的上表面设有若干道定位槽(33),基板(3)的四周均设有搭扣槽(32)和搭扣块(31)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种循环使用的恒温陶瓷地板集成系统,其特征在于:所述搭扣块(31)采用T型搭扣结构,所述搭扣槽(32)采用与搭扣块(31)结构对应的T型扣槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环使用的恒温陶瓷地板集成系统,其特征在于:所述地板砖(1)的中部还设有若干个方形中空孔(12)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环使用的恒温陶瓷地板集成系统,其特征在于:所述凹槽(11)的截面形状为“U”形。
