Claims (3)
- 眼(9)の屈折を測定するための測定システムであって、
光軸を有する屈折計(3)と、
眼(9)を照明するための少なくとも1つの光源(41、50)と、
照明される眼(9)の電子画像を記録するための画像記録装置(27)と、
画像記録装置(27)に接続されて電子画像を取得する画像処理ユニット(55)であって、取得した電子画像に基づいて眼(9)の角膜(63)上における少なくとも1つの光源(41、50)の少なくとも1つのプルキニエ像の位置を決定する手段を備える画像処理ユニット(55)と、
画像処理ユニット(55)に接続されて少なくとも1つのプルキニエ像の位置を取得し、少なくとも1つのプルキニエ像の位置と、少なくとも1つのプルキニエ像の位置と眼(9)の視軸(S)との間の関係とに基づいて眼(9)の視軸(S)を決定する評価ユニット(57)であって、事前に複数の視野方向についてプルキニエ像の位置を決定し、記録するという基準測定によって、眼(9)の視軸(S)と角膜(63)上のプルキニエ像の位置との関係を決定する、評価ユニット(57)と、
評価ユニット(57)に接続されて決定された視軸(S)を取得するとともに、屈折計(3)に接続されて眼の視軸(S)に対して屈折計を位置合わせする調整ユニット(5)と
を備える、測定システム。 - 照明装置を有する医療−光学観察機器(1)を更に備えており、少なくとも1つの光源(41、50)が照明装置の光源によって実現されている、請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 医療−光学観察機器に同軸照明装置(41A、41B)が設けられていて、同軸照明装置は、互いに同軸なビーム路を有する同軸照明を行う、請求項2に記載の測定システム。
