Claims (20)
- 放射線映像検出器用の組成物であって、
電荷輸送物質(CTM)を含む有機マトリックスと、
前記有機マトリックスに分散されている、放射線を吸収するための閃光粒子とを含み、
前記閃光粒子は表面の一部もしくは全部が電荷発生物質(CGM)に被覆されており、
前記電荷発生物質は、オキシチタンフタロシアニン、キノリン、ポルフィリン、キナクリドン、ジブロモアンタントロン顔料、スクアリリウム染料、ペリレンジアミン、ペリノンジアミン、多核芳香族キノン、ピリリウム塩、チオピリリウム塩、アゾ顔料、トリフェニルメタン型染料、セレン、オキシバナジウムフタロシアニン、クロロアルミニウムフタロシアニン、銅フタロシアニン、オキシチタンフタロシアニン、クロロガリウムフタロシアニン、ヒドロキシガリウムフタロシアニン、マグネシウムフタロシアニン、金属非含有フタロシアニン、インジゴ型顔料、及びこれらの調合物のうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする放射線映像検出器用組成物。 - 前記有機マトリックス内で前記電荷輸送物質(CTM)は、電荷発生物質(CGM)との混合物の形態で存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像検出器用組成物。
- 前記閃光粒子上に被覆された前記電荷発生物質の厚さは、前記閃光粒子から放出された閃光の光の20%以上を吸収するのに十分であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の放射線映像検出器用組成物。
- 前記閃光粒子は、オキシ硫化ガドリニウム(GOS)、ヨウ化セシウム(CsI)、ヨウ化ナトリウム(NaI)、ゲルマニウム酸ビスマス(BGO)、硫化亜鉛(ZnS)、タングステン酸カドミウム(CdWO4またはCWO)、LYSO(Lu1.8Y0.2SiO5(Ce))のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の放射線映像検出器用組成物。
- 前記閃光粒子は、ユーロピウム、テルビウム(Tb)、プラセオジウム(Pr)、及びリチウム(Li)のうちの少なくとも1つを含むドーパントでドーピングされることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の放射線映像検出器用組成物。
- 前記ドーピングされた閃光粒子の放出スペクトラムは、前記CGM物質の吸収スペクトラムの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の放射線映像検出器用組成物。

- CGM対CTMの重量比が、1:99ないし95:5であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像検出器用組成物。
- 前記閃光粒子の平均直径が1〜100μmの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の放射線映像検出器用組成物。
- 前記組成物中の前記閃光粒子の体積パーセントが10体積%ないし95体積%であることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の放射線映像検出器用組成物。
- 前記放射線は、X線、ガンマ線及びイオン化放射線からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載の放射線映像検出器用組成物。
- 前記組成物は、5μmないし2000μmの厚さを有する層の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1つに記載の放射線映像検出器用組成物。
- 前記層は、映像電荷収集装置の上部に堆積されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の放射線映像検出器用組成物。
- 請求項13の組成物を含むことを特徴とする放射線映像検出器。
- 前記閃光粒子の大きさは、前記放射線映像検出器のピクセルの大きさよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の放射線映像検出器。

電荷輸送物質(CTM)を含む有機マトリックス内に前記電荷発生物質に被覆された前記閃光粒子を分散させる段階とを含み、
