Claims (17)
- 放射線映像システムであって、
a)放射線変換層と、
b)前記放射線変換層上にある上部電極と、
c)前記放射線変換層に電気的にカップリングされたピクセル単位のアレイとを含み、
前記放射線変換層は、電荷輸送物質(CTM)を含む有機マトリックスと、前記有機マトリックス内に分散されている放射線を吸収するための閃光粒子とを含み、前記閃光粒子は、電荷発生物質(CGM)に接触されることを特徴とする放射線映像システム。 - 前記閃光粒子と接触されている前記電荷発生物質(CGM)は、前記有機マトリックス内で前記電荷輸送物質(CTM)との混合物の形態で存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像システム。
- 前記閃光粒子は、表面の一部もしくは全部が電荷発生物質(CGM)に被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像システム。
- 前記閃光粒子上に被覆された前記電荷発生物質の厚さは、前記閃光粒子から放出された閃光の光の約20%以上を吸収するのに十分であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の放射線映像システム。
- 前記閃光粒子は、オキシ硫化ガドリニウム(GOS)、ヨウ化セシウム(CsI)、ヨウ化ナトリウム(NaI)、ゲルマニウム酸ビスマス(BGO)、硫化亜鉛(ZnS)、タングステン酸カドミウム(CdWO4またはCWO)、LYSO(Lu1.8Y0.2SiO5(Ce))のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像システム。
- 前記閃光粒子は、ユーロピウム、テルビウム(Tb)、プラセオジウム(Pr)及びリチウム(Li)のうちの少なくとも1つを含むドーパントでドーピングされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像システム。
- 前記ドーピングされた閃光粒子の放出スペクトラムは、前記CGM物質の吸収スペクトラムの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の放射線映像システム。
- 前記電荷発生物質は、オキシチタンフタロシアニン、キノリン、ポルフィリン、キナクリドン、ジブロモアンタントロン顔料、スクアリリウム染料、ペリレンジアミン、ペリノンジアミン、多核芳香族キノン、ピリリウム塩、チオピリリウム塩、アゾ顔料、トリフェニルメタン型染料、セレン、オキシバナジウムフタロシアニン、クロロアルミニウムフタロシアニン、銅フタロシアニン、オキシチタンフタロシアニン、クロロガリウムフタロシアニン、ヒドロキシガリウムフタロシアニン、マグネシウムフタロシアニン、金属非含有フタロシアニン、インジゴ型顔料、及びこれらの調合物のうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像システム。
- 前記電荷輸送物質は、4、4’−TPD(トリフェニルアミンダイマー)、9−ジシアンメチレン−2、4、7−トリニトロフルオレン、N、N’−ジ(ナフタリン−1−イル)−N、N’−ジ(4−メチル−フェニル)−ベンジジン、N、N’−ジ(ナフタリン−2−イル)−N、N’−ジ(3−メチル−フェニル)−ベンジジン、4、4’−(1、2−エタンジイリデン)−ビス(2、6−ジメチル−2、5−サイクロヘキサジエン−1−オン)、2−(1、1−ジメチルエチル)−4−[3−(1、1−ジメチルエチル)−5−メチル−4−ヨード−2、5−サイクロヘキサ−ジエン−1−イリデン]−6−メチル−2、5−サイクロヘキサジエン−1−オン、N、N’−ジ(ナフタリン−1−イル)−N、N’−ジ(3−メチル−フェニル)−ベンジジン、ポリ(3−オクチルチオペン−2、5−ジイル)、ポリ(3−デシルチオペン−2、5−ジイル)、N−ビフェニリル−N−フェニル−N−(3−メチルフェニル)−アミン、4−N、N−ビス(4−メチルフェニル)−アミノ−ベンズアルデハイド−N、N−ジフェニルヒドラゾン、p−ジフェニルアミノ−ベンズアルデハイド−N−フェニル−メチル−ヒドラゾン、N、N’−ジフェニル−N、N’−ビス(3−ヒドロキシフェニル)−1、1’−ビフェニル−4、4’−ジアミン、N、N’−ジフェニル−N、N’−ビス(3−メチルフェニル)−1、1’−ビフェニル−4、4’−ジアミン、N、N、N’N’−テトラ(4−メチルフェニル)−(1、1’−ビフェニル)−4、4’−ジアミン、4、4’−(3、4−ジメチルフェニルアザンジイル)ビス(4、1−フェニレン)ジメタノール、N、N’−ビス(3−メチルフェニル)−N、N’−ビス(4−n−ブチルフェニル)−1、1’−トフェニル−4、4−ジアミン、及びこれらの調合物のうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像システム。
- CGM対CTMの重量比が約1:99ないし約95:5であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像システム。
- 前記閃光粒子の平均直径が約1〜100μmの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像システム。
- 前記組成物中の前記閃光粒子の体積パーセントが約10体積%ないし約95体積%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像システム。
- 前記放射線は、X線、ガンマ線及びイオン化放射線からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像システム。
- 前記放射線変換層は、約5μmないし約2000μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像システム。
- 前記放射線変換器用層と前記上部電極との間に電荷注入遮断層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像システム。
- 前記ピクセル単位のアレイは、前記放射線変換層のピクセル領域に電荷信号を収集するための電荷収集電極と、前記電荷収集電極に接続され、前記電荷収集電極により収集された電荷信号を蓄積するための信号蓄積キャパシタと、前記電荷収集電極に接続され、前記電荷収集電極上の電荷信号を電圧信号に変換して前記電圧信号を信号線に伝送するトランジスタと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像システム。
- 前記閃光粒子の大きさは、放射線映像検出器のピクセルの大きさよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線映像システム。
