Claims (4)
- 綾巻ボビンを製造する繊維機械の1つの作業箇所において繊維ボビンを製造する方法であって、前記繊維機械は、巻取りフレームを備える巻取り装置と、前記繊維ボビンを回転させる装置と、糸綾振り装置とを有し、該糸綾振り装置は、綾振り行程の幅の規定された調節が可能であるように形成されており、前記巻取りフレームに回転可能に保持された円錐形の巻管に、前記糸綾振り装置を用いて糸が綾巻きで巻き付けられる、繊維ボビンを製造する方法において、
最初に、最大外径(D)と最小外径(d)と所定の幅(B)とを有する円錐形の綾巻ボビン(1)を、該綾巻ボビン(1)の前記最大外径(D)と前記最小外径(d)との間の中心(M)を中心にした、前記糸綾振り装置(3)の糸ガイド(6)の綾振りによって巻成し、
前記円錐形の綾巻ボビン(1)の巻成後に前記糸綾振り装置(3)を制御して、該糸綾振り装置(3)の前記糸ガイド(6)によって、前記綾振り行程(V)の片側における連続的な短縮を、ひいては、前記綾振り行程(V)の中心位置(MP)の移動を生ぜしめ、この際に前記綾振り行程(V)の短縮を、前記円錐形の綾巻ボビン(1)の前記最大外径(D)の側において開始する
ことを特徴とする、繊維ボビンを製造する方法。 - 前記繊維ボビン(1,2)を巻成するための巻取り過程を、前記綾振り行程(V)の反転点が前記繊維ボビン(1,2)の前記中心(M)に達した時に、終了する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記綾振り行程(V)の短縮時に得られる層(2)を安定化させるために、前記円錐形の綾巻ボビン(1)の前記最小外径(d)の位置から、斜面(20)を生ぜしめる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法を実施する作業箇所を備える繊維機械であって、前記糸綾振り装置(3)は、ただ1つのモータによって駆動可能なフィンガ糸ガイド(6)として形成されていて、該フィンガ糸ガイド(6)の駆動装置(10)は、前記作業箇所の自由にプログラミング可能な制御装置(8)に接続されていることを特徴とする、方法を実施する作業箇所を備える繊維機械。
