を直接に2つの開回路ポイント80aと80bの間に接続し、R3を直接に2つの開回路ポイント90aと90bの間に接続することも可能で、また連接部18の感応エリアの電気抵抗値がゼロに近く、こうようにしても同じ効果を得られ、ただ電気抵抗値を織物層に加えるように改める。
図18は本発明の感知装置がベッドシートに応用されることを示す説明図である。該感知ベッドシートは、織物層、及び織物層に設置される15個のセンサを有する。該センサは直列接続され、且つ2つ出力端を有する。信号プロセッサ002は該2つの入力端に接続される。該信号プロセッサ002は、この15個のセンサの変化を分析する1つの電気抵抗計を有する限り、その上の使用者の身体動作がわかる。非常に容易に操作し、ミスもしにくく、縫線が重なることもない。また、この構造はキーボードまたはスイッチ、座席または乗用具、例えば車座席クッションにしても良い。
図19は本発明の感知装置がベルトに応用されることを示す説明図である。該ベルトは織物層10’と、織物層10’に設置される5つのセンサFA〜FEとを含む。毎センサはその1つの部品、部品上の1つの電気抵抗、織物層上の1つの裂け目を含む。センサAは部品a、電気抵抗R4、裂け目198aを含み、センサBは部品b、電気抵抗R5、裂け目198bを含み、センサCとDはこれにより類推する。該5つのセンサ感知は異なる引張力(重さ100グラム、重さ150グラム、重さ200グラム、重さ250グラム、重さ300グラムでなければ伝導できない)を感知し、センサの電気抵抗値が全て異なり、電気抵抗値が2K、4K、8K、16K、32Kである。該ベルトは人の呼吸を感知でき、2つの出力端と信号プロセッサ002の入力端を接続し、且つ信号プロセッサ002に電気抵抗計を有する限り、5つの異なる引張力を読むことができる。しかし、如何を問わず、出力端は2つのみ有し、織物の回路においても外界との接点においても明らかに減少し、非常に簡単である。
図20は本発明の感知装置が靴下または靴に応用されることを示す説明図である。該靴下底、及び靴下底に設置される2つのセンサGA、GBを含む。該2つのセンサGA、GBは電気的に接続される。該靴下は1つの信号プロセッサ002に接続され、使用者の歩み状態を感知でき、且つ歩み状態分析を行う。
図21は本発明の感知装置が上着とズボンに応用されることを示す説明図である。該着物は織物層及び織物層に設置される8つのセンサDA〜DHを含む。該着物は2つの出力端のみによって信号プロセッサ002入力端に接続される。信号プロセッサ002がこの8つの引張力センサ(strain gauge)の電気抵抗値の変化を感知する電気抵抗計を有する限り、毎センサの状態がわかり、相応に使用者の歩行中、座っていること、寝ていること、水泳中、猫背中、睡眠中、運転中、バイキング中などの身体動作を反応する。
1.本発明の感知装置のセンサと織物本体との結合は、伝統的な縫合または貼付技術などを利用し、一般の服飾またはソファーに直接にセンサを縫い、または貼り付けるようであり、水洗できる。故に、組み立てまたは取り外しがされやすい。
Claims (4)
- 使用者の姿勢変化を感知するための感知装置において、
ベース材料層と、
前記ベース材料層に設置される複数のセンサと、
少なくとも1つの信号プロセッサと、を含み、
前記複数のセンサが電気的に接続されて1つの回路を形成し、前記回路が2つの出力端を有し、
前記信号プロセッサが前記2つの出力端に結合接続されることによって、前記回路の出力値を感知し、
前記複数のセンサが外力を受ける時に前記回路の出力値が変化することにより、前記信号プロセッサが外力の作用を受けた前記複数のセンサの位置情報を知ることができ、
前記センサ毎に1つの感応値を有し、前記センサ毎の感応値は異なり、前記センサ毎の感応値は外力を受けた状況により回路に現われ、前記回路の出力値が前記センサ毎の感応値が現れたトータル値であり、
前記複数のセンサのうちのある1つのセンサ又はある2つ以上のセンサの感応値のトータル値が、他の1つのセンサ及び他の2つ以上のセンサの感応値のトータル値と異なり、
前記ベース材料層が織物または皮革から構成され、
前記センサが使用者の姿勢変化を感知することに用いられ、
生理機能を検査することに用いられる少なくとも1つの検査装置を含み、
前記信号プロセッサが前記センサ及び前記検査装置に接続されており、
前記信号プロセッサは、前記回路の出力値を受信し、且つ前記回路の出力値に対応して前記検査装置を起動するか否かを定めた1つの準則に基づき、選択的に起動信号を前記検査装置へ伝送することを特徴とする
感知装置。 - 前記信号プロセッサが該センサの変位を感知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の感知装置。
- 前記ベース材料層が靴下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の感知装置。
- 前記センサが第1感応エリアと第2感応エリアから形成され、そのうち、第1感応エリアがベース材料層に設置され、第2感応エリアが部品に設置され、この部品がベース材料層に設置され、第2感応エリアが第1感応エリアの位置に対応して、1つのセンサを形成し、
電気的に第1または第2感応エリアに接続される少なくとも1つの生理機能検査装置を含み、
外力の作用によって少なくとも1つの第1感応エリアと少なくとも第2感応エリアを電気的に接続される時に、その信号プロセッサが検査装置によって生理機能を検査できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の感知装置。
