Abstract
【解決手段】1つのパッケージ化クロースまたはホットメルト粘着膜を基板とし、電子モジュールの導電エリアに伝送線を縫い、または貼合し、電子モジュールを伝送線に接続した後、パッケージ化クロースを服飾クロースに縫いつけるかまたはホットメルト粘着膜を、パッケージ化クロースまたは服飾クロースに形成する。

Description
1、生産に大きな変化する必要がなく、完全に元来の紡績または電子設備で実現できる。
2、生産の品質はコントロールでき、クロースと回路がそれぞれ生産される。
3、もし製品に問題があれば、衣服全体や身の回り品が使用できないことなく、直接電子モジュールまたは伝送線におけるパッケージ化クロースを置換できる。
4、製品設計は融通が利き、特定種類のクロースの制限を受けない。
5、クロースまたはホットメルト粘着膜は「柔らかい」プラットホームであり、電子モジュールは「硬い」モジュールであり、伝送線及び電子モジュールはクロースまたはホットメルト粘着膜に固定でき、且つ失効することなく、外力を受けることができ、且つ電子回路の外に全てパッケージ化クロースを有するため、絶縁を保証し、且つ外界の妨害を受けない。例えば、洗濯機の引っ張りを受けた後にも正常に運転できる。
6、クロース電子化後、使用者は異物感がなく、快適に感じる。
7、もし生まれた信号に問題があれば、どの電子モジュールの故障であるか分かることにより置換できる。
8、伝送線がショートまたは断裂したら、直ちに分かり、且つ処理できる。

1.各種類の紡績品に対し優良な接着力を有する。
2.水洗、ドライクリーニングに耐え、使用が便利であり、効率が高い。
3.人体環境に汚染がない。
1、高級製品用:ポリアミドホットメルト粘着膜(PA)、ポリエステルホットメルト粘着膜(PET)、ポリウレタンホットメルト粘着膜(PU)
2、普通製品用:ポリオレフィンホットメルト粘着膜(PO)、エチレン‐エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体ホットメルト粘着膜(EVA)
1、PA、PET、PUホットメルト粘着膜は耐温性能が良く、接着強度が高い。
2、PETホットメルト粘着膜は耐水洗性能が良い。
3、PAホットメルト粘着膜は耐ドライクリーニング性能が良い。
4、PUホットメルト粘着膜は皮革類、PVC類に適用する。
a 以上は参考に資するのみである。異なる接着される材料、異なる環境などの要素により異なる工程条件を選択できる。先ず試験を行うことにより、最良の工程条件を確定できる。そのうち、温度、圧力、時間という3者の間の関係は状況により適切に転換できる。
b 熱圧工程の外、さらにホットメルト粘着膜を被接着物に敷いて、熔融温度まで加熱し、その後もう1つの被接着物の接着面を重畳し、適切に加圧し、冷却固体化することにより、接着を完成することができる。
c 熱圧工具または加熱接着設備は電気アイアン、接着機、熱転写プレス機械、乾燥箱、専用プレス機械、モールド、超音波加熱、電磁感応加熱などを選択することができる。
d 熱転写プレス条件は適切な温度、所定の圧力及び持続時間を含み、熱転写プレス条件の選択が適切ならば、接着強度が高く、服装の品質が良く、一般的に言うと、熱転写プレス温度はホットメルト接着剤の融点を上回る必要がある。
1.外観:所定の強度と弾性を有する透明粘着膜であり、且つ粘着防止紙が下に当てられている。(もう1種は網状の粘着膜であり、主に紡績クロースのホットメルト複合に用いられ、複合後、製品は手触りが柔軟であり、透気性がよい)。
2.加工温度:80〜140℃
3.加工圧力:0.5〜15kg/cm2
4.加工時間:5〜20sec
5.耐引張力:1CMの抗力が6KGに達する
Claims (1)
- クロース電子化の方法において、
1つのパッケージ化クロースまたはホットメルト粘着膜を基板とし、少なくとも1つの電子モジュールの導電エリアまたは少なくとも1つの伝送線をのパッケージ化クロースまたはホットメルト粘着膜に縫い、接着、貼合、または加熱固定することにより回路板を形成し、この回路板を服飾クロースまたはホットメルト粘着膜にミシンで縫い、接着、貼合、または加熱固定することによりクロース電子化パッケージ化及び絶縁に達することを含む、ことを特徴とするクロース電子化の方法。
