Description
Claims (5)
- 複数個のブロックを備えたトレッドを有するタイヤ用のモールドの成形要素であって、各ブロックは、走行中、路面に接触するようになった接触面を有し、前記成形要素は、前記ブロックの前記接触面を成形する成形面(5)を有し、前記成形要素は、前記ブロックに細い溝を成形するようになった複数個のリブ(7)を有し、前記リブは、0.005mm〜1mmの高さ(H)及び0.01mm〜0.3mmの幅(L)を有し、前記リブのピッチ(P)は、0.1mm〜2mmである、成形要素において、前記成形面は、測定手段を受け入れることができる少なくとも1つのリブなし測定ゾーン(9)を有し、前記測定ゾーンの全体的形状は、直径が3mmを超える円板である、成形要素。
- 前記成形要素は、前記成形面を周方向に画定する2つのエッジ(11)を有し、前記エッジの各々は、別の成形要素のエッジに接触することができ、前記測定ゾーン(9)の中心は、前記エッジのうちの一方から15mm以下の距離だけ離れて位置している、請求項1記載の成形要素。
- 複数個のブロックを備えたトレッドを有するタイヤ用のモールドの成形要素であって、各ブロックは、走行中、路面に接触するようになった接触面を有し、前記成形要素は、前記ブロックの前記接触面を成形する成形面(5)を有し、前記成形面は、0.005mm〜0.02mmの粗さ(Ra)を有する、成形要素において、前記成形面は、測定手段を受け入れることができる少なくとも1つのリブなし測定ゾーン(9)を有し、前記測定ゾーンの全体的形状は、直径が3mmを超える円板であり、前記測定ゾーンは、0.002mm〜0.003mmの粗さ(Ra)を有する、成形要素。
- タイヤを加硫して成形するモールドにおいて、前記モールドは、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の成形要素(1)を少なくとも1つ有する、モールド。
- 請求項4記載のモールドを用いて、ゴムの成形及び加硫を行うステップを有するスノータイヤの製造方法。
