elemento moldador que compreende uma pluralidade de nervuras e pelo menos uma zona de medição sem nervuras. a invenção se refere a um elemento moldador para um molde para pneumático que compreende uma banda de rodagem provida de uma pluralidade de blocos. cada bloco compreende uma superfície de contato destinada a entrar em contato com uma pavimentação no decorrer de uma rodagem. o elemento moldador compreende também uma superfície de moldagem (5) para moldar as superfícies de contato dos blocos. a superfície de moldagem compreende uma pluralidade de nervuras (7) destinadas a moldar finas ranhuras nos blocos. essas nervuras têm uma altura compreendida entre 0,005 e 1 mm, uma largura compreendida entre 0,01 mm e 0,3 mm e o passo (p) das nervuras é compreendido entre 0,1 e 2 mm. a superfície de moldagem compreende pelo menos uma zona de medição (9) sem nervuras própria para receber meios de medição. essa zona de medição tem globalmente a forma de um disco do qual o diâmetro é superior a 3 mm.
