また、ウォータージャケットに接触する予燃焼室チップの上面に溝が形成されるため、予燃焼室チップの上面が微細に傾斜するか非対称構造で形成された場合でも、安定したシール構造を維持し、燃焼ガスが漏洩することを防止する効果がある。

Claims (5)
- メインボディとウォータージャケットと予燃焼室チップからなるボディと、前記ボディ内に形成された予燃焼室に注入された燃料ガスを点火させるスパークプラグとからなり、燃料ガスを点火させた後、主燃焼室に提供するガスエンジン用の予燃焼室構造体において、
前記予燃焼室チップには、予燃焼室チップとウォータージャケットの結合部に遊びを形成することによって分解用ツールが挿入されるようにするツール結合用の溝が形成され、
前記予燃焼室チップの上面には、予燃焼室を取り囲む凹溝が形成され、ウォータージャケットと予燃焼室チップとの間の気密性が向上しており、
前記メインボディとウォータージャケットの結合部には、スパークプラグが設けられた空間の気密を維持する第1のOリングと、逆止弁が設けられた空間の気密を維持する第2のOリングと、がそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とするガスエンジン用の予燃焼室構造体。 - 前記ウォータージャケットに形成されたガス供給通路は、ウォータージャケットの上端部まで延長するように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスエンジン用の予燃焼室構造体。
- 前記ウォータージャケットに形成されたガス供給通路には、燃料ガスの注入量を調節するオリフィスが設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスエンジン用の予燃焼室構造体。
- 前記予燃焼室チップを取り囲む予燃焼室ブッシュがさらに備わり、
前記予燃焼室ブッシュは、銅、銅合金、アルミニウムのうち何れかからなり、予燃焼室内の高温の熱を外部に放出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスエンジン用の予燃焼室構造体。 - 前記予燃焼室ブッシュは、予燃焼室チップに圧入されて結合したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のガスエンジン用の予燃焼室構造体。
