Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 内燃エンジン、特にガスエンジンのシリンダヘッド(1)であって、
点火スパーク(11)を形成するための少なくとも1つの接地電極(10)を有する少なくとも1つのスパークプラグ(8)と、
前記スパークプラグ(8)を収容し、予燃焼室構成要素(2)に配置されている燃料通路(12)がつながる予燃焼室(5)を形成する前記予燃焼室構成要素(2)と、を有し、
ここで、出口(13)における前記燃料通路(12)の流れ軸(S)が、前記接地電極(10)の方向に向けられており、結果として実質的に燃料の流れ全体(B)が、前記接地電極(10)に流れ、
前記スパークプラグ(8)の回転軸(D)が、前記予燃焼室の軸(A)に対するオフセット(x)を有し、前記オフセット(x)が、前記予燃焼室の最大直径(g)の0~15%であることを特徴とする、シリンダヘッド(1)。 - 前記スパークプラグ(8)の回転軸(D)と前記予燃焼室(5)の前記軸(A)との間の前記オフセットが、前記予燃焼室の最大直径(g)の0%~15%、特に0%~10%、好ましくは0%~8%、特に好ましくは7%未満であること特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)。
- 前記燃料通路(12)の流れ軸(S)が、少なくとも一つの方向で湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)。
- 前記スパークプラグ(8)の回転軸(D)および前記燃料通路(12)の前記流れ軸(S)が、実質的に1つの平面(ε)内にあり、前記流れ軸(S)が、実質的にこの平面(ε)において湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)。
- 前記燃料通路(12)の湾曲(12a)が、80°~160°の角度(δ)を取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)。
- 前記出口(13)の領域における前記流れ軸(S)が、前記予燃焼室(5)の前記軸(A)に対して実質的に垂直に配置され、結果として前記点火スパーク(11)の入射流が、前記予燃焼室(5)の前記軸(A)に実質的に垂直であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)。
- 前記出口(13)の領域における前記流れ軸(S)が、前記予燃焼室(5)の前記軸(A)を通る法平面に対して実質的にある角度(β)で傾斜し、結果として前記点火スパーク(11)の入射流が、前記予燃焼室の前記軸(A)を通る前記法平面に対して実質的にある角度(β)で傾斜し、前記角度(β)が、0°~30°であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)。
- 前記燃料通路(12)の出口(13)が、前記流れ軸(S)が前記予燃焼室(5)の前記軸(A)に沿って前記接地電極(10)のレベルにある状態で、配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)。
- 前記予燃焼室構成要素(2)が、前記予燃焼室(5)を形成するための予燃焼室シェル(4)と、前記スパークプラグ(8)の周りのスリーブ(3)とを有し、前記予燃焼室シェル(4)および前記スリーブ(3)が、それぞれ一体的に形成され、および/または互いに接続されている、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)。
- 燃料バルブ(9)が、前記予燃焼室構成要素(2)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)。
- 前記燃料バルブ(9)に隣接する前記燃料通路(12)の領域における前記燃料通路(12)の前記流れ軸(S)が、前記燃料バルブの回転軸(V)に実質的に一致することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)。
- 前記燃料バルブ(9)が、前記予燃焼室の前記軸(A)に平行な直線に対して傾斜して配置され、この傾斜が、好ましくは-10°~+35°の角度(γ)に相当する、請求項10または11に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)。
- 前記オフセット(x)が、前記平面内(ε)にあり、前記接地電極(10)が、前記予燃焼室(5)の前記軸(A)に対する前記オフセット(x)だけ前記燃料通路(12)から離間して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~12の何れか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)。
- 前記スパークプラグ(8)の回転軸(D)が、0~30°である前記予燃焼室(5)の前記軸(A)に対する角度(α)を、有することを特徴とする、請求項1~13の何れか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)。
- 前記燃料通路(12)が、前記予燃焼室構成要素(2)内の前記流れ軸(S)に沿った管状の凹部により形成され、結果として前記燃料通路(12)の前記凹部が、前記予燃焼室構成要素(2)の材料によって前記流れ軸(S)の周りを半径方向に取り囲まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1~14の何れか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)。
- 請求項1~15の何れか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)を有する、内燃エンジン。
- 前記シリンダヘッド(1)が、少なくとも部分的に3Dプリントで製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1~15の何れか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド(1)を製造するための方法。
- 前記予燃焼室構成要素(2)における前記スパークプラグ(8)用のスパークプラグねじ部の切断が、ねじ込みプロセス後に接地電極(10)が前記燃料通路(12)に対して規定された位置に配置されるように、行われることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
