Claims (3)
- 冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機構部と、前記圧縮機構部を駆動する電動機と、を備え、
前記電動機は、コイルを有する固定子と、鉄芯及び永久磁石を有する回転子と、を有し、
前記永久磁石は、中重希土類元素が添加されたNd−Fe−B化合物から構成され、
前記冷媒はR32であり、
前記Nd−Fe−B化合物の母相粒の粒界から5nmにおける単位体積あたりの前記中重希土類元素の量は、前記母相粒の粒界から5nmより内部における単位体積あたりの前記中重希土類元素の量よりも多く、
前記回転子は、前記永久磁石を収容する磁石収容部を有し、
前記永久磁石は直方体であり、
前記永久磁石の磁化方向における面の面積は前記永久磁石の磁化方向に対して垂直方向における面の面積よりも大きく、
前記永久磁石の磁化方向に対して垂直方向における前記永久磁石と前記磁石収容部との間の隙間は、前記永久磁石の磁化方向における前記永久磁石と前記磁石収容部との間の隙間より狭い密閉型電動圧縮機。 - 冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機構部と、前記圧縮機構部を駆動する電動機と、を備え、

前記回転子は、前記永久磁石を収容する磁石収容部を有し、
前記磁石収容部は、前記永久磁石の磁化方向に対して垂直方向に複数の前記永久磁石を収容し、
前記永久磁石はそれぞれ直方体であり、
前記永久磁石の磁化方向における面の面積は前記永久磁石の磁化方向に対して垂直方向における面の面積よりも大きく、
前記永久磁石の磁化方向に対して垂直方向における前記永久磁石と前記磁石収容部との間の隙間は、前記永久磁石の磁化方向における前記永久磁石と前記磁石収容部との間の隙間に前記磁石収容部に収容される前記永久磁石の数を乗じた値より狭い密閉型電動圧縮機。 - 前記Nd−Fe−B化合物の母相粒の粒界から5nmにおける前記中重希土類元素の量は、前記母相粒の粒界から5nmより内部における前記中重希土類元素の量よりも多いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の密閉型電動圧縮機。
