Description
‐リング状の周方向部材を備え、該周方向部材からウェブ部材が分岐し、該ウェブ部材の間に転がり軸受の転動体が配置可能であり、
‐前記周方向部材が複数の同種のセクター部材を備え、
‐前記セクター部材の各々が少なくとも1つの成形部を備え、該成形部が、転がり軸受の転動体の、対応する少なくとも1つの側方の切欠きとルーズに係合可能であり、
‐当初ルーズなセクター部材及びウェブ部材がケージを形成するために互いに結合されている
ようにした。
‐リング状の周方向部材を備え、周方向部材からウェブ部材が分岐し、ウェブ部材の間に転がり軸受の転動体が配置可能であり、
‐周方向部材が複数の同種のセクター部材を備え、
‐セクター部材の各々が少なくとも1つの突出部を備え、突出部が、転動体の、対応する少なくとも1つの側方の切欠きとルーズに係合可能であり、
‐当初ルーズなセクター部材及びウェブ部材がケージを形成するために互いに結合されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (13)
- 転がり軸受の転がり軸受ケージにおいて、
‐リング状の周方向部材を備え、該周方向部材からウェブ部材(20)が分岐し、該ウェブ部材(20)の間に転がり軸受の転動体が配置可能であり、
‐前記周方向部材が複数のセクター部材(10)を備え、
‐セクター部材(10)及びウェブ部材(20)がケージを形成するために互いに結合されており、
‐前記セクター部材(10)の接続箇所は、接続箇所において前記ウェブ部材(20)の端部を挿入するために設けられている貫通部(120)が生じるように形成されていることを特徴とする、転がり軸受の転がり軸受ケージ。 - 前記周方向部材が前記セクター部材(10)から形成されている、請求項1記載の転がり軸受ケージ。
- 前記転動体の個数に応じて前記セクター部材(10)が設けられている、請求項1又は2記載の転がり軸受ケージ。
- 前記転動体の個数に応じて前記ウェブ部材(20)が設けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受ゲージ。
- 前記ウェブ部材(20)同士が同種に形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受ケージ。
- 前記貫通部(120)がV字形、U字形又は台形に形成されており、V字形、U字形又は台形が直線状、凸状又は凹状の辺を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受ケージ。
- 前記セクター部材(10)が、前記ウェブ部材(20)の挿入された端部と前記セクター部材(10)との間にそれぞれ1つのギャップが生じるように形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受ケージ。
- 前記ギャップが、10分の1ミリメートル〜2ミリメートルの範囲の幅を有する、請求項7記載の転がり軸受ケージ。
- 前記ギャップが、前記ウェブ部材(20)を前記セクター部材(10)と結合する材料により充填されている、請求項7又は8記載の転がり軸受ケージ。
- 前記材料がプラスチック又はエラストマーである、請求項9記載の転がり軸受ケージ。
- 前記ウェブ部材(20)は、前記貫通部(120)と係合する外面にノッチを有する、請求項9又は10記載の転がり軸受ケージ。
- 転がり軸受ケージが、ころ軸受ケージとして形成されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受ケージ。
- 前記セクター部材(10)の各々が少なくとも1つの成形部(30)を備え、該成形部(30)が、転がり軸受の転動体の、対応する少なくとも1つの側方の切欠き(50)と遊びをもって係合可能である、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受ケージ。
