Rin=(nx−ny)×d
Rth=(nz−ny)×d
nxはフィルムの面内において、最も屈折率が大きい方向の屈折率であり、
nyはフィルムの面内において、nx方向の垂直方向の屈折率であり、
nzは厚さ方向の屈折率であり、
dはフィルムの厚さである。
本発明の実施例において、物性評価方法は下記の通りである。
1.重量平均分子量(Mw):製造された樹脂をテトラヒドロフランに溶かしてゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー(GPC)を利用して測定した。
2.Tg(ガラス転移温度):TA Instrument社のDSC(Differential Scanning Calorimeter)を用いて測定した。
3.位相差値(Rth/Rin):フィルムのガラス転移温度で延伸した後、Axometrics社のAxoScanを用いて位相差値を測定し、測定値を60μm厚さのフィルムに対する位相差値に換算した。
メチルメタクリレート60重量部、スチレン20重量部、tert−ブチルメタクリレート20重量部でアクリル系共重合体樹脂を製造した。製造された樹脂のガラス転移温度は130℃、重量平均分子量は14万5千であった。該樹脂を溶液キャスト法を利用してフィルム状に製造した後、ガラス転移温度で延伸してフィルムを製造した。製造されたフィルムの位相差値を測定した。その結果、厚さ方向の位相差値/面内位相差値は175/119であった。
メチルメタクリレート50重量部、スチレン25重量部、tert−ブチルメタクリレート25重量部でアクリル系共重合体樹脂を製造した。製造された樹脂のガラス転移温度は133℃、重量平均分子量は15万であった。該樹脂を溶液キャスト法を利用してフィルム状に製造した後、ガラス転移温度で延伸してフィルムを製造した。製造されたフィルムの位相差値を測定した。その結果、厚さ方向の位相差値/面内位相差値は196/144であった。
メチルメタクリレート70重量部、スチレン20重量部、メタクリルアミド10重量部でアクリル系共重合体樹脂を製造した。製造された樹脂のガラス転移温度は130℃、重量平均分子量は10万4千であった。該樹脂を溶液キャスト法を利用してフィルム状に製造した後、ガラス転移温度で延伸してフィルムを製造した。製造されたフィルムの位相差値を測定した。その結果、厚さ方向の位相差値/面内位相差値は168/115であった。
メチルメタクリレート60重量部、スチレン25重量部、メタクリルアミド15重量部でアクリル系共重合体樹脂を製造した。製造された樹脂のガラス転移温度は131℃、重量平均分子量は10万3千であった。該樹脂を溶液キャスト法を利用してフィルム状に製造した後、ガラス転移温度で延伸してフィルムを製造した。製造されたフィルムの位相差値を測定した。その結果、厚さ方向の位相差値/面内位相差値は185/135であった。
メチルメタクリレート60重量部、スチレン20重量部、tert−ブチルメタクリレート10重量部、メタクリルアミド10重量部でアクリル系共重合体樹脂を製造した。製造された樹脂のガラス転移温度は134℃、重量平均分子量は15万5千であった。該樹脂を溶液キャスト法を利用してフィルム状に製造した後、ガラス転移温度で延伸してフィルムを製造した。製造されたフィルムの位相差値を測定した。その結果、厚さ方向の位相差値/面内位相差値は167/121であった。
メチルメタクリレート50重量部、スチレン25重量部、tert−ブチルメタクリレート20重量部、メタクリルアミド5重量部でアクリル系共重合体樹脂を製造した。製造された樹脂のガラス転移温度は135℃、重量平均分子量は17万5千であった。該樹脂を溶液キャスト法を利用してフィルム状に製造した後、ガラス転移温度で延伸してフィルムを製造した。製造されたフィルムの位相差値を測定した。その結果、厚さ方向の位相差値/面内位相差値は175/131であった。
メチルメタクリレート80重量部、スチレン20重量部でアクリル系共重合体樹脂を製造した。製造された樹脂のガラス転移温度は115℃、重量平均分子量は10万8千であった。該樹脂を溶液キャスト法を利用してフィルム状に製造した後、ガラス転移温度で延伸してフィルムを製造した。製造されたフィルムの位相差値を測定した。その結果、厚さ方向の位相差値/面内位相差値は169/120であった。
Claims (3)
- メチルメタクリレート単量体50〜89重量部と、
スチレン単量体10〜40重量部と、
tert−ブチルメタクリレート単量体1〜30重量部と、
メタクリルアミド単量体5〜10重量部と、
を重合してなる、アクリル系共重合体。 - 前記アクリル系共重合体は、ガラス転移温度が120℃〜200℃である、
請求項1に記載のアクリル系共重合体。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のアクリル系共重合体を含む樹脂組成物。
