Abstract

Rth=[(nx+ny)/2−nz]×d
ポリ(N−シクロヘキシルマレイミド−co−メチルメタクリレート)樹脂、スチレン−無水マレイン酸共重合体樹脂及びフェノキシ系樹脂を100:2.5:5の重量比で均一に混合した樹脂組成物を、原料ホッパー(hopper)から押出機までを窒素置換した24φの押出機に供給し、250℃で溶融して、原料ペレット(pellet)を製造した。
ポリ(N−シクロヘキシルマレイミド−co−メチルメタクリレート)樹脂、スチレン−無水マレイン酸共重合体樹脂及びフェノキシ系樹脂を100:2.5:5の重量比で均一に混合した樹脂組成物を、原料ホッパー(hopper)から押出機までを窒素置換した24φの押出機に供給し、250℃で溶融して、原料ペレット(pellet)を製造した。
ポリ(N−シクロヘキシルマレイミド−co−メチルメタクリレート)樹脂としては、LGMMA社製のIH830HR樹脂を用い、フェノキシ系樹脂としては、InChemRez社製のフェノキシ樹脂であるInChemRez Phenoxy PKFE(登録商標)樹脂を用い、スチレン−無水マレイン酸共重合体樹脂としては、NOVA Chemicals社製のDYLARK(登録商標)332(スチレン85重量%、無水マレイン酸15重量%)を用いて、実施例1と同様の方法でフィルムを製造し、物性を測定した。フィルムの組成及び物性をそれぞれ下記表3及び4に示した。

- 1種以上の(メタ)アクリレート系誘導体を含む(メタ)アクリレート系ユニットをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記芳香族系ユニットと前記スチレン系ユニットの含量比は、モル(mol)を基準として65〜75:100である、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記芳香族系ユニットと前記スチレン系ユニットの含量比は、重量を基準として45〜55:100である、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記芳香族系ユニットと前記スチレン系ユニットとの含量の和と、前記(メタ)アクリレート系ユニットの含量との比は、重量を基準として1:99から50:50である、請求項3に記載の光学フィルム。
- 環部を有する環系ユニットをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記環部は、マレイン酸無水物、マレイミド、グルタル酸無水物、グルタルイミド、ラクトン及びラクタムからなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記(メタ)アクリレート系ユニットは、前記(メタ)アクリレート系誘導体と、環部を有する環系ユニットとの共重合体からなる、請求項3に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記環系ユニットの環部は、マレイン酸無水物、マレイミド、グルタル酸無水物、グルタルイミド、ラクトン及びラクタムからなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記共重合体中の前記(メタ)アクリレート系誘導体の含量は、前記共重合体の重量に対して約50〜99%である、請求項9に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記スチレン系ユニットは、スチレン系誘導体と、環部を有する環系ユニットとの共重合体からなる、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記環系ユニットの環部は、マレイン酸無水物、マレイミド、グルタル酸無水物、グルタルイミド、ラクトン及びラクタムからなる群から選択される、請求項12に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記共重合体は、当該共重合体の重量に対して、スチレン系誘導体約30〜99%と、前記環系ユニット約1〜70%とを含む、請求項12に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記スチレン系ユニットは、1種以上の(メタ)アクリレート系ユニットとの共重合体からなる、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記芳香族系ユニットは、フェノキシ系樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記芳香族系ユニットは、1,500〜2,000,000g/molの数平均分子量を有する、請求項16に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記(メタ)アクリレート系誘導体とマレイミドとの共重合体の含量は、樹脂の重量に対して約50〜99%であり、前記芳香族系ユニットの含量は、樹脂の重量に対して約0.5〜40%であり、前記スチレン系誘導体とマレイン酸無水物との共重合体の含量は、樹脂の重量に対して約0.5〜30%である、請求項19に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記(メタ)アクリレート系ユニットは、(メタ)アクリレート系誘導体と、環部を有する環系ユニットとの共重合体からなり、前記スチレン系ユニットは、スチレン系誘導体と、環部を有する環系ユニットとの共重合体からなる、請求項3に記載の光学フィルム。
- (メタ)アクリレート系ユニットと、スチレン系ユニットと、環系ユニットとの共重合体を含む、請求項3に記載の光学フィルム。
- 偏光子保護フィルム用である、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 偏光子と、当該偏光子の少なくとも一面に備えられた請求項1から23のいずれか一項に記載の光学フィルムとを含む、偏光板。
- 請求項24に記載の偏光板を含む、液晶表示装置。
- 請求項1から23のいずれか一項に記載の光学フィルムを含む、情報電子装置。
