Claims (1)
- 発光素子と、受光素子と、スリットが形成されていて検出対象物と一緒に回転可能な回転ディスクと、前記発光素子に向けられた入口及び前記受光素子に向けられた出口を有する導光路と、を具備する透過型光学式エンコーダにおいて、
前記発光素子及び前記受光素子は、前記回転ディスクに対して同じ側に配置されており、
前記導光路は、前記回転ディスクの回転動作から独立して固定されており、
前記導光路は、前記入口及び前記出口のうちの少なくともいずれか一方において、該導光路の断面積が徐々に拡大する拡大部を有する、透過型光学式エンコーダ。
