Abstract
Description
本願に係る2番目の発明によれば、1番目の発明に係る透過型光学式エンコーダにおいて、前記導光路が、該導光路の内部に進入した光を全反射させるように形成される。
本願に係る3番目の発明によれば、1番目の発明に係る透過型光学式エンコーダにおいて、前記導光路が鏡面によって形成される内部構造を有していて、該導光路の内部に進入した光を鏡面反射させるように形成される。
本願に係る4番目の発明によれば、1番目から3番目のいずれかに係る透過型光学式エンコーダが、前記導光路の前記入口及び前記出口のうちの少なくともいずれか一方に設けられていて、通過する光の向きを変化させる光学要素をさらに具備する。
本願に係る5番目の発明によれば、1番目から4番目のいずれかに係る透過型光学式エンコーダにおいて、前記導光路は、前記入口及び前記出口のうちの少なくともいずれか一方において、該導光路の断面積が徐々に拡大する拡大部を有する。

Claims (5)
- 発光素子と、受光素子と、スリットが形成されていて検出対象物と一緒に回転可能な回転ディスクと、前記発光素子に向けられた入口及び前記受光素子に向けられた出口を有する導光路と、を具備する透過型光学式エンコーダにおいて、
前記発光素子及び前記受光素子は、前記回転ディスクに対して同じ側に配置されており、
前記導光路は、前記回転ディスクの回転動作から独立して固定される、透過型光学式エンコーダ。 - 前記導光路が、該導光路の内部に進入した光を全反射させるように形成される、請求項1に記載の透過型光学式エンコーダ。
- 前記導光路が鏡面によって形成される内部構造を有していて、該導光路の内部に進入した光を鏡面反射させるように形成される、請求項1に記載の透過型光学式エンコーダ。
- 前記導光路の前記入口及び前記出口のうちの少なくともいずれか一方に設けられていて、通過する光の向きを変化させる光学要素をさらに具備する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の透過型光学式エンコーダ。
- 前記導光路は、前記入口及び前記出口のうちの少なくともいずれか一方において、該導光路の断面積が徐々に拡大する拡大部を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の透過型光学式エンコーダ。
