Description
Claims (7)
- トンネルを掘削するための掘削装置であって、
掘削対象物に押し当てつつ回転される円形の開口を有する回転円板と、
前記開口内に設けられ、前記回転円板とは別個に回転可能にされた回転板と、
前記回転円板および前記回転板の一方の面から突出するように複数設けられ、前記回転円板および前記回転板の回転により前記掘削対象物を切削する切削部材とを含み、
前記回転円板と前記回転板の回転中心がずれていて、ずれが前記回転板の回転半径より小さくされていることを特徴とする、掘削装置。 - 前記掘削装置は、前記回転円板を、当該回転円板の周方向に回転可能に支持する第1回転支持手段と、前記回転円板に動力を伝達し、前記回転円板を前記周方向に回転させる第1駆動手段と、前記回転円板の前記開口内壁に、前記回転板の外縁を前記周方向に回転可能に支持する第2回転支持手段と、前記回転円板の前記切削部材が設けられる面の裏面に、前記回転板に動力を伝達し、前記回転板を前記周方向に回転させる第2駆動手段とを備える、請求項1に記載の掘削装置。
- 前記掘削装置は、前記回転円板を、当該回転円板の周方向に回転可能に支持する第1回転支持手段と、前記回転円板に動力を伝達し、前記回転円板を前記周方向に回転させる第1駆動手段と、前記回転板に動力を伝達し、前記回転板を前記周方向に回転させる第2駆動手段と、前記回転円板の前記開口内壁に、前記回転板の外縁を前記周方向に回転可能に支持する第2回転支持手段とを備える、請求項1に記載の掘削装置。
- 前記掘削装置は、前記回転円板を、当該回転円板の周方向に回転可能に支持する第1回転支持手段と、前記回転円板に動力を伝達し、前記回転円板を前記周方向に回転させる第1駆動手段と、前記回転板に動力を伝達し、前記回転板を前記周方向に回転させる第2駆動手段とを備える、請求項1に記載の掘削装置。
- 前記掘削装置は、複数の前記回転板と、前記回転板の数と同じ数の前記第2駆動手段とを備える、請求項4に記載の掘削装置。
- 前記回転板の回転半径は、前記回転円板の径の1/6〜1/3とされる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の掘削装置。
- 前記回転円板と前記回転板の回転中心の距離は、前記回転板の回転半径の1/4〜3/4とされる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の掘削装置。
