Description
尚、本発明は、静脈像のコントラストのエンハンサに基づく小型レーザである。この小型レーザは、携帯可能な手持ち式の製品であり、施術者がポケットに入れて持ち運ぶことができる。
「レーザスキャニングに基づいた投影装置は非常に興味深いマトリックス表示の代替物である。変調レーザ及び偏光装置が必要とされる。マイクロスキャニングミラーを用い、レーザビームの偏光を投影装置内に組み入れることは、様々な長所を有する。特に、両方向へ共鳴して作動するマイクロスキャニングミラーのおかげで、非常に小さな高偏角のシステムを低電圧で低エネルギー消費でもって発展させることができる。現在実験者達は市販のレーザモジュール及び2Dマイクロスキャニングミラーを利用している。このレーザモジュールは変更周波数9.4kHzで操作され、またミラーは変更周波数1.4kHzで操作される。装置は両軸を用いて正弦波振動を起こす。この正弦波振動はビーム軌道を生じさせるものであって、通常行われる線形スキャニングの代わりに高密度のリサージュパターンを表すものである。したがって、低率な水平方向及び垂直方向の共振周波数のミラーが用いられる。この種のマイクロスキャニングミラーは容易に製造でき、費用効率も高い。制御回路はFPGAと共に発展し、256x256の単色ピクセルの解像度をもたらした。プログラム可能な計測器はミラー駆動信号を生成するのに用いられ、また光線の位置を決定するのに用いられた。ミラーの励起及び画像同期は、フィードバックループなしで機能する。これは、複雑な光学的同期及び電子同期が必要ないということを意味する。これによりマイクロスキャニングミラー及び制御装置は簡素化され、低コストで生産されることが可能になった。撮像装置はディスプレイ、レーザマーキング及びレーザ露光に応用される。」

- 手持ち式の静脈穿刺処置の一部としてのツールと共に使用するために、患者の標的領域の像を明確にする小型静脈像エンハンサであって、
前記小型静脈像エンハンサは、マスト部材を備え、該マスト部材は第1端と第2端を有し、
前記小型静脈像エンハンサは、前記マスト部材の前記第1端で小型投影ヘッドを備え、該小型投影ヘッドは、前記標的領域を撮像する第1のレーザと、前記標的領域への光学経路に沿って像を選択的に投影するための第2のレーザとを備え、
前記小型静脈像エンハンサは、基底部を備え、該基底部は前記マスト部材の第2端に固定され、該基底部は、手持ち式の静脈穿刺処置の際に使用するための前記ツールへの前記小型静脈像エンハンサの取り外し可能な取り付けにおいて使用するための開口を備え、前記基底部の開口が第1の側と第2の側を備え、該第1の側と第2の側が互いに付勢されて、取り外し可能な取り付けを達成して成る
小型静脈像エンハンサ。 - 前記マスト部材に固定される前記小型静脈像エンハンサの前記基底部は、前記マスト部材に調節可能に固定されて成る請求項4に記載の小型静脈像エンハンサ。
- 前記基底部は、ヒンジによって前記マスト部材に調節可能に固定され、前記マスト部材は柔軟である請求項5に記載の小型静脈像エンハンサ。
- 前記第1のレーザによる撮像が、前記第1のレーザから第1の波長で伝送されるレーザ光を、スキャナによって前記標的領域へラスタパターンで伝送され、前記第1のレーザ光の前記第1の波長に応答する光検出器によって、コントラスト像の形態で前記標的領域外に反射されたレーザ光が受光されることを含み、前記コントラスト像が、反射した前記第1のレーザのレーザ光の少なくとも選択した部分によって形成され、前記第1のレーザからのレーザ光の残りの部分が静脈によって吸収され、前記光検出器によって、前記コントラスト像を表すアナログ信号が出力されて成る請求項4に記載の小型静脈像エンハンサ。
- 前記第1の波長で前記第1のレーザによって伝送された前記レーザ光は、光の赤外スペクトルの範囲内であり、前記第2のレーザは、光の可視スペクトル範囲内にある第2の波長で光を伝送する請求項7に記載の小型静脈像エンハンサ。
- 結合器をさらに備え、該結合器は、前記第1のレーザからの第1の波長のレーザ光と、前記第2のレーザからの第2の波長のレーザ光を結合し、前記結合器は前記結合されたレーザ光を前記標的領域へ単一の光学経路に沿って伝送する請求項8に記載の小型静脈像エンハンサ。
