Claims (5)
- 多層吸音構造物であって、
貫通マイクロボアを有する第1の微小穿孔フィルム、貫通マイクロボアを有する第2の微小穿孔フィルム、及び前記第1の微小穿孔フィルムと前記第2の微小穿孔フィルムとの間に挟まれたメッシュ層を有し、
前記第1及び第2の微小穿孔フィルムのそれぞれが、10マイクロメートル〜250マイクロメートルの範囲の厚さを有し、
前記メッシュ層が、30マイクロメートル〜1000マイクロメートルの範囲の厚さを有し、
前記第1及び第2の微小穿孔フィルムのそれぞれに形成された前記貫通マイクロボアが、10マイクロメートル〜200マイクロメートルの範囲の貫通マイクロボア直径を有している、多層吸音構造物。 - 前記第1及び第2の微小穿孔フィルムのそれぞれが、(a)0.1秒/100cc〜300秒/100cのガーレー透気度、(b)77,500個/平方メートル〜6,200,000個/平方メートルの貫通マイクロボア密度、又は、(c)(a)及び(b)の組み合わせを有する、請求項1に記載の多層吸音構造物。
- 前記メッシュ層が、(a)0.001mm〜30mmの平均直径を有するメッシュ穴、(b)5グラム/平方メートル〜1500グラム/平方メートルの重量、又は、(c)(a)及び(b)の両方を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の多層吸音構造物。
- 多層吸音構造物であって、
貫通マイクロボアを有する第1の微小穿孔フィルム、貫通マイクロボアを有する第2の微小穿孔フィルム、及び前記第1の微小穿孔フィルムと前記第2の微小穿孔フィルムとの間に挟まれたメッシュ層を有し、
前記第1及び第2の微小穿孔フィルムのそれぞれに形成された前記貫通マイクロボアの少なくとも一部が互いに非整合となっている、多層吸音構造物。 - 吸音材であって、
音反射面を含み、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の前記多層吸音構造物が、前記多層吸音構造物と前記音反射面との間に裏側空気層を有する状態で前記音反射面の近くに配置された、吸音材。
