Claims (4)
- エンジンの動力が伝達される第1入力軸と、
前記エンジンの動力が伝達される第2入力軸と、
前記第1入力軸および前記第2入力軸に設けられる主動ギヤ部と、
前記第1入力軸または前記第2入力軸に前記エンジンの動力を伝達または遮断するクラッチ部と、
前記第1入力軸または前記第2入力軸から動力が伝達される第1出力軸と、
前記第1入力軸または前記第2入力軸から動力が伝達され、同一軸上に配置される複数の軸からなる第2出力軸と、
前記第1出力軸および前記第2出力軸に設けられる複数の従動ギヤを含んで構成される従動ギヤ部と、
前記第1出力軸または前記第2出力軸と前記従動ギヤ部とを連結または遮断させて多段の変速段を実現するシンクロ部とを含み、
前記クラッチ部は、
前記第1入力軸に設けられ、前記エンジンの動力を伝達または遮断する第1クラッチと、
前記第2入力軸に設けられ、前記エンジンの動力を伝達または遮断する第2クラッチとを含み、
前記主動ギヤ部は、
前記第1入力軸に設けられ、動力を伝達する第1主動ギヤと、
前記第1入力軸に設けられ、動力を伝達する第2主動ギヤと、
前記第2入力軸に設けられ、動力を伝達する第3主動ギヤと、
前記第2入力軸に設けられ、動力を伝達する第4主動ギヤとを含み、
前記第1主動ギヤ、前記第2主動ギヤ、前記第3主動ギヤ、および前記第4主動ギヤは、前記従動ギヤ部にギヤ連結されて4つのギヤ列をなし、
前記従動ギヤ部は、
前記第2出力軸に回転可能に連結され、前記第1主動ギヤにギヤ連結される第1従動ギヤと、
前記第1出力軸に回転可能に連結され、前記第1主動ギヤにギヤ連結される第2従動ギヤと、
前記第1出力軸に回転可能に連結され、前記第2主動ギヤにギヤ連結される第3従動ギヤと、
前記第1出力軸に回転可能に連結され、前記第3主動ギヤにギヤ連結される第4従動ギヤと、
前記第2出力軸に回転可能に連結され、前記第3主動ギヤにギヤ連結される第5従動ギヤと、
前記第1出力軸に回転可能に連結される第6従動ギヤと、
前記第2出力軸に回転可能に連結され、前記第4主動ギヤおよび前記第6従動ギヤにギヤ連結される第7従動ギヤとを含み、
前記第2出力軸は、
前記第7従動ギヤが備えられる前方出力軸と、
前記第1従動ギヤおよび前記第5従動ギヤが備えられる後方出力軸とを含むことを特徴とする自動化手動変速機。 - 前記シンクロ部は、
前記第1出力軸にスライディング可能に設けられ、前記第4従動ギヤまたは前記第6従動ギヤと結合または分離される第1シンクロと、
前記第1出力軸にスライディング可能に設けられ、前記第2従動ギヤまたは前記第3従動ギヤと結合または分離される第2シンクロと、
前記第2出力軸にスライディング可能に設けられ、前記第5従動ギヤまたは前記第7従動ギヤと結合または分離される第3シンクロと、
前記第2出力軸にスライディング可能に設けられ、前記第1従動ギヤと結合または分離される第4シンクロとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動化手動変速機。 - 前記第1出力軸には、差動装置にギヤ連結される第1伝達ギヤが設けられ、
前記前方出力軸には、前記差動装置にギヤ連結される第2伝達ギヤが設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動化手動変速機。 - 前記自動化手動変速機は、
前記第1クラッチが作動し、前記第4シンクロが前記第1従動ギヤに結合され、前記第3シンクロが前記第7従動ギヤに結合されて前進1速の変速段が実現され、
前記第2クラッチが作動し、前記第3シンクロが前記第7従動ギヤに結合されて前進2速の変速段が実現され、
前記第1クラッチが作動し、前記第2シンクロが前記第2従動ギヤに結合されて前進3速の変速段が実現され、
前記第2クラッチが作動し、前記第1シンクロが前記第4従動ギヤに結合されて前進4速の変速段が実現され、
前記第1クラッチが作動し、前記第2シンクロが前記第3従動ギヤに結合されて前進5速の変速段が実現され、
前記第2クラッチが作動し、前記第3シンクロが前記第5従動ギヤに結合されて前進6速の変速段が実現され、
前記第2クラッチが作動し、前記第4シンクロが前記第1従動ギヤに結合され、前記第2シンクロが前記第3従動ギヤに結合されて前進7速の変速段が実現され、
前記第1クラッチが作動し、前記第4シンクロが前記第1従動ギヤに結合され、前記第1シンクロが前記第6従動ギヤに結合されて後進1速の変速段が実現されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自動化手動変速機。
