Description
以下、本発明を図1〜図5に示す一実施形態にもとづいて説明する。
Claims (2)
- 所定の2グループに分けた複数の変速段のうちの一方の変速段グループの各駆動ギヤが外周面に配列された第1の入力軸及び前記第1の入力軸の外周面に回転可能に嵌挿され外周面に前記他方の変速段グループが配列された第2の入力軸の組み合わせで構成される入力軸部、前記第1の入力軸の端部および前記第2の入力軸に配置されて前記入力軸部を回転自在に支持する一対の軸受、及び、前記第1および第2の入力軸の端部にそれぞれ設けられエンジン回転力を第1あるいは第2の入力軸へ伝達するクラッチを有して構成される入力系と、
前記入力軸部に並行な第1の出力軸及び該入力軸部に並行な第2の出力軸を有し、前記第1および第2の入力軸の駆動ギヤと噛合う複数の被駆動ギヤが、該被駆動ギヤへ回転力を伝えるシンクロ機構と共に前記第1、第2の出力軸に設けられた出力系と、
前記第2の出力軸の下側に設けられ、当該出力軸に配置された低速変速段の被駆動ギヤを浸漬するように潤滑油を溜める油溜部と、を備え、
前記入力軸部は、前記一対の軸受のうち一方の軸受と隣接した第1の入力軸上及び前記一対の軸受のうち他方の軸受と隣接した第2の入力軸上のうち、一方の入力軸上に最も減速比の大きい低速変速段の駆動ギヤが配置され、他方の入力軸上に次段の低速変速段の駆動ギヤが配置され、前記一方の入力軸上、且つ、前記最も減速比の大きい低速変速段の駆動ギヤの隣に前記次段の低速変速段の次に減速比の大きい駆動ギヤが配置され、
前記第1、第2の出力軸は、前記最も減速比の大きい低速変速段の駆動ギヤおよび前記次段の低速変速段の駆動ギヤとそれぞれ噛合う被駆動ギヤがそれぞれ配置され、
前記低速変速段の駆動ギヤの歯幅寸法は、該駆動ギヤと噛合う低速変速段の被駆動ギヤの歯幅寸法より大きくされ、該駆動ギヤの側部の空いた歯幅部分が、低速変速段の被駆動ギヤで飛散した潤滑油の飛沫を、前記駆動ギヤと隣接する軸受へ飛散させる油飛散部としてなる
ことを特徴とするダブルクラッチ変速機。 - 前記最も減速比の大きい低速変速段の駆動ギヤは、第1の入力軸に外周面に、直接、噛合い歯が創成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダブルクラッチ変速機。
