以下、本発明を図1〜図4に示す一実施形態にもとづいて説明する。
Claims (2)
- 所定の2グループに分けた複数の変速段のうちの一方の変速段グループの各駆動ギヤを有する第1の入力軸と、他方の変速段グループの各駆動ギヤを有し前記第1の入力軸の周囲で該第1の入力軸の軸心回りに回転可能に設けられた第2の入力軸と、前記第1の入力軸および前記第2の入力軸の一端部にそれぞれ設けられ、エンジン回転力を前記第1の入力軸あるいは前記第2の入力軸に伝達するクラッチとを有して構成される入力系と、
前記第1の入力軸および前記第2の入力軸と並行に配設された複数の出力軸を有し、前記第1の入力軸および前記第2の入力軸の前記駆動ギヤと噛合う複数の被駆動ギヤが、該被駆動ギヤの回転力を前記出力軸に伝えるシンクロ機構と共に前記複数の出力軸に設けられた出力系と、を備え、
前記複数の出力軸のうち一つの出力軸は、後進用の被駆動ギヤと、前記後進用の被駆動ギヤに隣接して設けられた、前記後進用の被駆動ギヤの直径より径が小さいパーキングギヤとを有し、
前記パーキングギヤは、前記一つの出力軸に組み付く環状のボス部分を前記後進用の被駆動ギヤが設置される地点まで延長して形成された前記後進用の被駆動ギヤ用の軸受台を有し、
前記軸受台の外周面に、前記後進用の被駆動ギヤを回転自在に支持させ、
前記複数の出力軸のうちの他の一つの出力軸は、前記パーキングギヤに接することなく前記パーキングギヤと径方向に位置を重ねて設けられた所定変速段の被駆動ギヤを有し、かつ、前記所定変速段の被駆動ギヤのシンクロ機構側の側部に、前記後進用の被駆動ギヤに噛み合う、前記所定変速段の被駆動ギヤの直径より径が小さいアイドラギヤを前記所定変速段の被駆動ギヤと同心的に取着させたことを特徴とするダブルクラッチ変速機。 - 前記一つの出力軸には、前記クラッチ側の端部から順に、デファレンシャル機構に噛み合う出力ギヤ、前記後進用の被駆動ギヤが配置され、
前記パーキングギヤは、前記出力ギヤと前記後進用の被駆動ギヤとの間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダブルクラッチ変速機。
