Description
Claims (14)
- 水力発電タービンであって、固定子及び回転子と、前記固定子の中で前記回転子を支持する少なくとも1組の軸受と、前記少なくとも1組の軸受の所定の水準の摩耗に達すると制動力を前記回転子に印加するように作動するブレーキと、を備えており、前記ブレーキは、前記軸受の摩耗の方向に対して前記少なくとも1組の軸受の軸受面の半径方向内向きに設置される制動面を有するブレーキパッドの1つ又はそれ以上の区分を備えている、水力発電タービン。
- 前記ブレーキは、受動ブレーキである、請求項1に記載の水力発電タービン。
- 前記ブレーキパッドの少なくとも1つの区分は、前記少なくとも1組の軸受と一体化して形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の水力発電タービン。
- 前記少なくとも1組の軸受は、軸頸及び軸受ブロックを備えている、請求項1に記載の水力発電タービン。
- 前記軸頸は、前記回転子に据え付けられ、前記軸受ブロックは、前記固定子に据え付けられる、請求項4に記載の水力発電タービン。
- 前記ブレーキパッドの各区分は、前記軸受ブロックの1つの中に位置付けられる、請求項4に記載の水力発電タービン。
- 前記ブレーキパッドの1つ又はそれ以上の区分の制動面は、前記軸受ブロックの軸受面から凹状になっている、請求項4乃至6の何れかに記載の水力発電タービン。
- 前記ブレーキパッドの各区分には、前記軸受ブロックの区分が両側面に位置している、請求項6又は7に記載の水力発電タービン。
- 前記ブレーキは、前記少なくとも1組の軸受の所定の水準の摩耗が発生する前記タービン上の周縁位置に関係なく前記制動力を前記回転子に印加するように作動する、請求項1に記載の水力発電タービン。
- 前記ブレーキパッドの区分は、実質的に前記タービンの全周縁の周囲に配置される、請求項1に記載の水力発電タービン。
- 前記少なくとも1組の軸受は、少なくとも1つのラジアル軸受及び少なくとも1つのスラスト軸受を備えており、前記ブレーキは、前記ラジアル軸受又は前記スラスト軸受のどちらか一方の所定の水準の摩耗に達すると前記制動力を前記回転子に印加するように作動する、請求項1に記載の水力発電タービン。
- 水力発電タービンの損傷を防止する方法であって、前記タービンは、固定子と、回転子と、その間にある少なくとも1組の軸受と、を備えており、ブレーキは、前記軸受の摩耗の方向に対して前記少なくとも1組の軸受の軸受面の半径方向内向きに配置された制動面を有するブレーキパッドの1つ又はそれ以上の区分を備えており、前記方法は、
前記制動面の水準まで前記軸受面が摩耗した後前記制動面が前記固定子又は回転子と接触することで前記少なくとも1組の軸受が所定の水準の摩耗に達することに応じて制動力を前記回転子に自動的に印加する段階を備えている、方法。 - 実質的に前記回転子の回転を停止するのに十分な制動力を前記回転子に印加することを備えている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の水準の軸受摩耗が発生する前記タービン上の位置に関係なく前記制動力を前記回転子に印加することを備えている、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
