Description

Claims (5)
- ドア開口部の両側にそれぞれ配置される2つのガイドトラック(31)と、閉鎖状態で前記ドア開口部を覆うためのセグメントアーマー(2)とを備える高速作動産業用昇降ドア(1)であって、
前記セグメントアーマー(2)は、関節方式で相互接続され、ヒンジピン(23)を介して互いに一定の角度で配置されるヒンジリンク(22)を有するヒンジストラップ(21)を備え、
前記ヒンジストラップ(21)は、前記ドア開口部の垂直間隔に相応する長さを有し、前記ガイドトラック(31)内で支持及び案内され、
前記セグメントアーマー(2)が前記ヒンジリンク(22)に設けられるスラット(24、24a)を備え、
前記関連する隣接するスラット(24、24a)の互いに対向する側方向境界部分(241)は、側断面が凸字状の凸部(243)を持ち、
前記関連する隣接するスラット(24、24a)の互いに対向する側方向境界部分(242)は、中心部分で側断面が凹字状の凹部(244)を持ち、
前記昇降ドアが閉鎖状態のとき前記凸部(243)が前記凹部(244)に挿入され、
前記凸部(243)の頭頂部と前記凹部(244)の底部との間に前記ドア開口部の幅を実質的に超えて延びるシール部材(27)が介挿され、
前記凸部(243)の側壁と前記凹部(244)の側壁(245)との間の2つのギャップ(246)は、7ミリメートルの幅を持ち、
前記凸部(243)の側壁と前記凹部(244)の側壁(245)との間に前記2つのギャップ(246)を閉鎖させるために熱の影響下で膨張する2つの防火要素(28a)を備え、ていることを特徴とする高速作動産業用昇降ドア。 - 下端のスラット(24a)に外側シールリップを有する中空プロファイル形態の床側終結部材(29)を備え、
前記床側終結部材(29)のキャビティに防火要素(28d)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高速作動産業用昇降ドア。 - 前記シール部材(27)は、クロロプレンまたはシリコンのような難燃性のエラストマーで作られる請求項1又は2に記載の高速作動産業用昇降ドア。
- 前記セグメントアーマ(2)が前記ガイドトラック(31)を備える側枠(3)に進入する領域で前記セグメントアーマ(2)の両側に防火要素(28b)が配置されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の高速作動産業用昇降ドア。
- 前記セグメントアーマ(2)が巻き取りケース(4)に進入する領域で、前記スラット(24)の両側に防火要素(28c)が配置されている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の高速作動産業用昇降ドア。
