Description
さらに、2つの側方向境界部分の相互係合は、2つの互いに隣接するスラットの任意のずれを効果的に抑制する。これは、各々のスラットが互いに異なる熱の影響にさらされ、これにより、互いに異なる程度の曲げ変形を受けた際に特に重要である。本発明によれば、この場合にもセグメントアーマーは、一貫して結合したユニットとして維持され、火炎の伝達を防止するために効果的なドア閉鎖状態を形成する。
Claims (9)
- ドア開口部の両側にそれぞれ配置される2つのガイドトラック(31)と、閉鎖状態で前記ドア開口部を覆うためのセグメントアーマー(2)とを備える昇降ドア(1)、特に、高速産業用ドアであって、
前記セグメントアーマー(2)は、関節方式で相互接続され、ヒンジピン(23)を介して互いに一定の角度で配置されるヒンジリンク(22)を有するヒンジストラップ(21)備え、
前記ヒンジストラップ(21)は、ドア開口部の垂直間隔に相応する長さを有し、前記ガイドトラック(31)内で支持及び案内され、
前記セグメントアーマー(2)が前記ヒンジリンク(22)に設けられるスラット(24、24a)を備え、
隣接する2つのスラット(24、24a)の互いに対向する側方向境界部分(241、242)は、前記昇降ドア(1)が閉鎖された状態で互いに係合して曲折シールを形成するような相補的な方式で構成されることを特徴とする昇降ドア。 - 前記スラット(24、24a)の前記側方向境界部分(241)は、側断面の突出部(243)を備え、
前記関連する隣接したスラット(24、24a)の前記側方向境界部分(242)は、中心部分で凹部の側断面を有し、
前記昇降ドアが閉鎖状態のとき前記突出部(243)が前記凹部(244)にぴったりと係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の昇降ドア。 - 前記ドア開口部の幅を実質的に超えて延びるシール部材27は、隣接するスラット(24、24a)に対向するスラット(24、24a)の少なくともいずれか1つの側方向境界部分(241、242)に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の昇降ドア。
- 前記シール部材(27)は、クロロプレンまたはシリコンのような難燃性のエラストマーで作られることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の昇降ドア。
- 熱の影響下で、隣接するスラット(24、24a)の前記側方向境界部分(241、242)間のギャップを閉鎖させるために膨張する材料の少なくとも1つの防火要素(28a)は、隣接するスラット(24、24a)に対向するスラット(24、24a)の少なくともいずれか1つの側方向境界部分(241、242)に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の昇降ドア。
- 少なくとも2つの防火要素(28a)は、少なくともいずれか1つの側方向境界部分(241、242)に設けられ、セグメントアーマー(2)の主表面に隣接するか、ひいては対向する各々のギャップ領域に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の昇降ドア。
- 前記突出部(243)と前記凹部(244)の側壁(245)との間のギャップは、少なくとも3mmの幅を有し、好ましくは5mmの幅を有し、特に好ましくは7mmの幅を有することを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の昇降ドア。
- 好ましくは難燃性のエラストマーで作られる床側終結部材(29)をさらに備え、
熱の影響下で膨張し、所定の状況で最下端スラットと床との間のギャップを閉鎖させる材料からなる少なくとも1つの防火要素(28d)は、前記終結部材(29)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の昇降ドア。 - 前記終結部材(29)は、中空プロファイルの形態を有しており、少なくとも1つの防火要素(28d)が前記終結部材(29)のキャビティに設けられることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の昇降ドア。
