Claims (2)
- リングギヤ(2)と、リングギヤ(2)に偏心的に配置され、1つの円周区域でリングギヤ(2)と噛み合うピニオン(3)とを有しており、リングギヤ(2)とピニオン(3)は相互の間で外方および内方に向かってポンプ室(7)を区切っており、該ポンプ室はリングギヤ(2)とピニオン(3)が噛み合う円周区域の外部で円周方向に吸込領域(8)から圧力領域(9)まで延びており、および、リングギヤ(2)とピニオン(3)の端面に配置され、リングギヤ(2)とピニオン(3)の端面に当接し、リングギヤ(2)およびピニオン(3)と反対を向いている外面で圧力付勢され、ポンプ室(7)を一方の側で区切る少なくとも1つのアキシャルディスク(16)を有している内接歯車ポンプにおいて、
前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)は吸込領域から少なくとも1つのアキシャルディスク(16)とリングギヤ(2)および/またはピニオン(3)との間への潤滑剤供給部を有しており、
少なくとも1つのアキシャルディスク(16)はリングギヤ(2)およびピニオン(3)のほうを向く内面に斜面(23)を有しており、該斜面は前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)の吸込領域(8)でリングギヤ(2)および/またはピニオン(3)から間隔を有しており、前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)の送出方向でリングギヤ(2)および/またはピニオン(3)に近づいていき、送出方向で狭くなっていく楔形間隙(24)を少なくとも1つのアキシャルディスク(16)とリングギヤ(2)および/またはピニオン(3)との間で区切っており、該楔形間隙は吸込領域(8)と連通するとともに、潤滑剤供給部を形成することを特徴とする、内接歯車ポンプ。 - 潤滑剤供給部は、前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)の吸込領域(8)と連通し、少なくとも1つのアキシャルディスク(16)の内面でリングギヤ(2)および/またはピニオン(3)の端面に連通する、少なくとも1つのアキシャルディスク(16)にある潤滑剤通路(25,26)を有しており、
前記潤滑剤通路(25,26)は少なくとも1つのアキシャルディスク(16)を外面から内面へ貫通していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
