Description
特許文献1には、造影剤の移動に従って寝台を移動させるようにしたX線診断装置が開示されている。この特許文献1の例では、画像上に多数のROIを設定し、ROIの平均濃度の変化から造影剤の流入を判断し、N個の領域を通過する造影剤の平均速度を算出し、この算出結果をもとに寝台を移動制御するようにしている。
次のステージにスライドさせ、操作者の熟練度等にかかわらずステッピングDSA撮影を
行うことができるX線画像診断装置を提供することを目的とする。
記被検体を透過したX線を検出するX線検出部とを対向して支持し、寝台の天板上に載置
された前記被検体を撮影可能な撮影部と、前記被検体の体軸方向に前記撮影部又は前記天
板の少なくとも一方をステップ移動させて、前記被検体を複数のステージで撮影するよう
に制御する制御部と、前記複数のステージで撮影して得た画像データを処理する画像処理
部と、を具備し、前記制御部は、前記被検体に造影剤を注入して撮影を行う際に、前記被
検体の体軸方向に沿って前記複数のステージの各撮影領域内の一部に関心領域を設定し、
前記関心領域内の画像濃度の変化を計測して前記造影剤の流れを検知し、前記画像濃度の
変化があってから予め設定した時間後に前記撮影部又は前記天板の少なくとも一方を次の
撮影ステージに移動させ、前記制御部は、前記被検体の下肢を撮影する際に、前記造影剤
の流れが遅い方の足の前記画像レベルの変化を基に前記撮影部又は前記天板の少なくとも
一方を次の撮影ステージに移動させることを特徴とする。
また以上の実施形態では、X線検出部20に平面検出器21を用いる例を述べたが、平面検出器21に代えてX線I.I.(Image Intensifier)とX線TVカメラを含むX線検出部を用いることもできる。X線I.I.を用いた撮影方法では、被検体を透過して得られるX線の画像情報は、X線I.I.において光学画像に変換され、更に光学画像はX線TVカメラによって撮影されて電気信号に変換される。そして、電気信号に変換されたX線画像情報はA/D変換後、表示部のモニタに表示される。

Claims (5)
- 被検体にX線を曝射するX線発生部と前記被検体を透過したX線を検出するX線検出部
とを対向して支持し、寝台の天板上に載置された前記被検体を撮影可能な撮影部と、
前記被検体の体軸方向に前記撮影部又は前記天板の少なくとも一方をステップ移動させ
て、前記被検体を複数のステージで撮影するように制御する制御部と、
前記複数のステージで撮影して得た画像データを処理する画像処理部と、を具備し、
前記制御部は、前記被検体に造影剤を注入して撮影を行う際に、前記被検体の体軸方向
に沿って前記複数のステージの各撮影領域内の一部に関心領域を設定し、前記関心領域内
の画像濃度の変化を計測して前記造影剤の流れを検知し、前記画像濃度の変化があってか
ら予め設定した時間後に前記撮影部又は前記天板の少なくとも一方を次の撮影ステージに
移動させ、
前記制御部は、前記被検体の下肢を撮影する際に、前記造影剤の流れが遅い方の足の前
記画像レベルの変化を基に前記撮影部又は前記天板の少なくとも一方を次の撮影ステージ
に移動させることを特徴とするX線画像診断装置。 - 前記関心領域は、両足の複数個所にそれぞれ対応して設定されることを特徴とする請求
項1記載のX線画像診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記被検体の下肢を撮影する際に、前記被検体の両足を撮影するか片足
を撮影するかをX線画像のプロファイルをもとに判断し、前記判断結果によって前記関心
領域を両足撮影用又は片足撮影用に設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線画像診
断装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記被検体の下肢を撮影する際に、ユーザ入力情報をもとに前記被検体
の両足を撮影するか片足を撮影するかを判断し、前記関心領域を両足撮影用又は片足撮影
用に設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線画像診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記関心領域を現ステップと次ステップでの撮影領域がオーバーラップ
する位置に設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線画像診断装置。
