Claims (15)
- リセット可能な用量機構(4、50、108)であって、その用量設定機構が取り外し可能なようにカートリッジホルダ(6)に連結され、
用量ボタン(66、102);
該用量ボタン(66、102)に機能的に連結され、用量を設定するために回転可能な、ダイアルグリップ(52、104);
カートリッジ(25)の栓上に作用するためのスピンドル(64);及び
上記用量ボタン(66、102)及び該スピンドル(64)に機能的に連結されるドライバ(55)を含んでなり、
ここで、上記用量の注射中、上記用量ボタン(66、102)が軸方向に動いて、上記スピンドル(64)に上記用量を投与させ、さらに該用量の投与後、上記用量設定機構(4、50、108)のリセット中、該リセットを開始するために、上記用量ダイアルグリップ(52、104)を近位方向(D2)に引く必要があり、それにより該スピンドル(64)を後退させて該用量設定機構内に戻す、上記リセット可能な用量機構。 - 請求項1に記載の機構であって、前記用量の前記注射中に、前記スピンドル(64)がその遠位方向に前進しながら回転する、上記機構。
- 請求項1または2に記載の機構であって、前記ダイアルグリップ(104)を、前記リセット機構が作動できる前に、初期の出発位置へと回転する必要があり、該ダイアルグリップ(104)を、前記スピンドル(64)を後退させて前記用量設定機構内に戻すべく、その近位方向に引く必要がある、上記機構。
- リセット可能な用量機構であって、該用量機構が、少なくとも一つの螺旋溝(61)を有する内部ハウジング(58);
該ハウジング(58)の少なくとも一つの螺旋溝(61)と回転的に係合される用量ダイアルスリーブ(56);
該ハウジング(58)内に備え付けられたドライバ(55);
該ダイアルスリーブと該ドライバ(55)の間に備え付けられた第一のクラッチ(53、63);及び
該ハウジング(58)と該ドライバ(55)の間の第二のクラッチ(60);
を含んでなり、
ここで、用量が上記用量設定機構を用いて設定されるとき、該第一のクラッチ(53、63)が、該用量ダイアルスリーブ(56)及び該ドライバ(55)を係合して、該ハウジング(58)に対して一緒に回転し、
設定された用量が注射されるとき、該第一のクラッチ(53、63)が、該用量ダイアルスリーブ(56)を該ドライバ(55)から係合解除し、一方該第二のクラッチ(60)が該ドライバを該ハウジング(58)に連結し、
その結果、該用量ダイアルスリーブ(56)が回転し、そして該ドライバ(55)が回転するのを妨げられるが、スピンドル(64)に抗して軸方向に動いて、該設定された用量を排出し、そして
上記用量機構をリセットするとき、該第一のクラッチ(53、63)が該ドライバ(55)を該用量ダイアルスリーブ(56)から連結解除し、そして該第二のクラッチ(60)が該ドライバ(55)を該ハウジング(58)から連結解除し、該ドライバ(55)がリセット位置へと移動するのを可能にする、
上記リセット可能な用量機構。 - 請求項4に記載の機構であって、前記ドライバ(55)を前記リセット位置に置くために、該ドライバ(55)が軸方向に動かされる、上記機構。
- 請求項4または5に記載の機構であって、前記ドライバ(55)をそのリセット状態に回転させるために、該ドライバ(55)が近位方向に動かされる、上記機構。
- 請求項4〜6の何れか1項に記載の機構であって、前記用量設定機構に連結されたカートリッジホルダ(6)を更に含んでなり、ここでカートリッジホルダ(6)が薬物を含有するカートリッジ(25)を含んでなる、上記機構。
- 請求項4〜7の何れか1項に記載の機構であって、前記ハウジング(58)が、外部表面に沿って前記螺旋溝(61)を含んでなる、上記機構。
- 請求項4〜8の何れか1項に記載の機構であって、前記ドライバ(55)が用量ダイアルグリップ(52)に機能的に連結され、ここで該用量ダイアルグリップ(52)が、薬物の前記用量を設定するために回転可能である、上記機構。
- 請求項4〜9の何れか1項に記載の機構であって、前記用量ダイアルスリーブ(56)が目盛配置(16)を含んでなり、ここで前記用量を示す該目盛配置が前記用量機構を用いて設定される、上記機構。
- リセット可能な薬物送達デバイスであって、
カートリッジホルダ(6、114);及び
機械的インターロック(120)に解放可能に連結された、請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載のリセット可能な用量機構;
を含んでなり、
ここで、用量機構が、
用量ボタン(66、102)又は用量ダイアルグリップ(52、104);
該用量ボタン(66、102)又は該用量ダイアルグリップ(52、104)と機能的に係合された移動スリーブ(110);及び
該移動スリーブ(110)を囲んでいる、回転可能な用量設定スリーブ(56)であって、その結果、該用量設定スリーブ(56)が回転して、所定の位置に達するとき、該用量設定スリーブ(56)が上記機械的インターロック(120)を解放し、そして上記リセット可能な用量設定機構をリセットされた状態に置く、該用量設定スリーブ(56);を更に含んでなる、上記リセット可能な薬物送達デバイス。 - 請求項11に記載のデバイスであって、前記機械的インターロック(120)が解放スリーブ(124)を更に含んでなり、ここで該解放スリーブが、前記用量設定機構のインターロックカラー(120)を解放可能に連結する、上記デバイス。
- 請求項11または12に記載のデバイスであって、カートリッジホルダ(114)が前記リセット可能な用量設定機構から係合解除するとき、解放ばね(112)が前記解放スリーブ(124)を近位方向に動かすように、該カートリッジホルダ(114)の該解放スリーブ(124)と機能的に連結される該解放ばね(112)を更に含んでなる、上記デバイス。
- 請求項11〜13の何れか1項に記載のデバイスであって、前記解放スリーブ(124)が前記近位方向に押されるとき、該解放スリーブ(124)が前記リセット可能な用量設定機構の前記移動スリーブ(110)上に作用し、そして該移動スリーブ(110)を近位方向に動かす、上記デバイス。
- 請求項11〜14の何れか1項に記載のデバイスであって、医薬品の多くの用量が投与されるカートリッジ(25)を含んでなる、上記デバイス。
