Description

药物信息监测装置和药物信息监测式注射装置 技术领域
本发明涉及药物注射的技术领域,尤其涉及药物信息监测装置和具有药物信息监测结构的注射装置。
背景技术
现有技术中有一类可供病人自行选择药物剂量并进行注射的注射笔,例如胰岛素注射笔等,可帮助慢性病人在家中自行治疗。
注射笔一般具有注射部和可确定剂量的检测部,注射部包括容纳有药剂的针筒和活塞芯杆,检测部包括套筒和调节旋钮,其中套筒固定在针筒上并且设有刻度,调节旋钮通过螺纹转动连接在套筒的一端,活塞芯杆穿过套筒连接到调节旋钮上。在注射前将调节旋钮转动,带动活塞芯杆移动,直至调节旋钮达到套筒上的指定刻度,确定了活塞芯杆的移动行程,即选择了合适剂量的药物,然后直接按下调节旋钮,调节旋钮转动下降回到初始位置,并带动活塞芯杆下降,将指定刻度对应的药物剂量推出针筒完成注射。
这种注射笔虽然可以选择合适剂量的药物,但是其无法记录药物注射的时间、剂量和次数,而这些信息对病人治疗过程非常重要,不仅仅可为医生提供较为重要诊断依据,而且如果没有记录相关信息,病人有可能忘记注射的次数和时间导致药物注射次数过多或过少,加重病情。
为了记录注射笔的药物注射信息,现有技术中还有配合注射笔或者直接集成注射笔的检测装置,这些检测装置多采用传感器测量、光学识别等方式检测活塞芯杆的行程,转化为电子信息记录。由于需要活塞芯杆的行程识别直接影响最后的药剂计算结果,所以该类检测装置对传感器的安装和使用具有较高的精度要求,而且操作复杂,在识别检测的过程中还容易出现误差,难以满足用户的记录需要。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供药物信息监测装置,旨在解决现有技术中的注射笔检测装置安装配合精度要求高,检测操作复杂,容易出现误差的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的,药物信息监测装置,用于检测装有药物的注射笔的注射剂量,所述注射笔一端设有用于确定注射剂量的调节旋钮,所述药物信息监测装置包括的壳体、用于将所述调节旋钮的转动信息转换为药物注射剂量信息的旋转编码器以及控制组件,所述旋转编码器包括编码体以及与所述编码体转动连接的旋转块,所述编码体和所述控制组件电性连接并且均固定于所述调节旋钮,所述壳体罩设于所述编码体和所述控制组件外,所述壳体一端设有按钮,所述旋转块固定连接至所述按钮。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明中的药物信息监测装置,其直接安装在注射笔的调节旋钮上,在注射笔注射时,用户按压按钮,压迫药物信息监测装置下降,下压力传递至调节旋钮,调节旋钮转化为转动力并转动下降,带动编码体转动。由于旋转块与按钮连接,按钮在持续按压下不会转动,所以在注射过程中旋转块能保持静止,与编码体相对转动。编码体检测旋转块相对转动的圈数,即调节旋钮转动的圈数,在控制组件中换算为药物剂量信息并储存,完成药物信息监测过程。采用本发明中的药物信息监测装置对注射笔进行检测时,不需要额外的检测动作,操作简单;安装时只需要保持药物信息监测装置的内部结构能与调节旋钮同步转动即可,所以安装使用的配合精度要求低,也不易出现误差。
本发明还提供了药物信息监测式注射装置,包括一端设有调节旋钮的注射笔和权利要求1所述的药物信息监测装置,所述药物信息监测装置中的所述编码体以及所述控制组件与所述调节旋钮固定。
本发明中的药物信息监测式注射装置集成了上述的药物信息监测装置和注射笔,具有注射和检测药物信息的作用,其使用方式与现有技术中的注射笔相同,无需额外的检测动作操作,在注射的过程中可以同步采集药物信息,数据的采集过程操作简单,不易出现误差。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
以下结合具体附图对本实施例的实现进行详细的描述。
如图1和图2所示,药物信息监测装置11包括壳体112、旋转编码器113和控制组件114。其中壳体112呈筒形,罩设在旋转编码器113和控制组件114外,且其一端外部设有按钮111。
如图2和图3所示,旋转编码器113包括编码体1132以及与编码体1132转动连接的旋转块1131,旋转块1131与按钮111连接,编码体1132和控制组件114相互电连接,均可固定于注射笔12的调节旋钮121上,随调节旋钮121转动。用户按压按钮111时,力先从按钮111传递至旋转编码器113,然后从旋转编码器113传递至调节旋钮121上,调节旋钮121延续原工作模式,受到下压力后,旋转下降并联动编码体1132一同转动。、整个移动过程为:用户对按钮111施力;按钮111下降带动调节旋钮121下降;调节旋钮121在下降的过程中带动药物信息监测装置11下降,且编码体1132随调节旋钮121一起转动,调节旋钮121回到初始极限位置完成注射。
本实施例中的药物信息监测装置11在使用时,先安装至注射笔12上,保证编码体1132和控制组件114与调节旋钮121相互固定。在用户使用注射笔12进行注射时,先正向转动调节旋钮121,调节至所需要的刻度,然后将按动按钮111,经过上述的力传递过程,最后使调节旋钮121转动下降,带动注射笔12的活塞芯杆下降完成注射。
由于在注射中,用户持续按压按钮111,按钮111本身与用户手指接触不会发生转动,与之固定的旋转块1131也不会发生转动,而调节旋钮121受到下压后自身会转动下降进行注射,同时带动编码体1132转动,编码体1132与旋转块1131之间发生相对转动,转动的圈数即调节旋钮121转动的圈数。编码体1132检测与旋转块1131相对转动的圈数并转化为电子数据,通过控制组件114换算为药物剂量数据并记录,控制组件114同时记录该次注射发生的时间。
所以,本实施例中的药物信息监测装置11,其借助旋转编码器113检测调节旋钮121转动圈数的方式监测药物使用的剂量并记录存储,无需使用传感器识别活塞芯杆的行程,其对装配和使用的精度要求低,并且检测过程只需延续“转动—按下”的原有注射笔12操作模式,无需增加专门的检测动作,操作简单,检测过程记录转动圈数换算为药物剂量,不易出现检测误差,具有较高的检测精度。
本实施例中的药物信息监测装置11,其控制组件114还包括无线发送模块,在控制组件114内存储的药物信息,例如注射剂量、注射时间等,可通过无线发送模块发送至外部的数据处理设备,例如平板电脑、手机、、计算机、路由器等等。在实际使用中,无线发送模块可以采用蓝牙模块,与手机或平板电脑等移动终端配对,定时或实时的传输数据,在移动终端上以图表、曲线等方式记录药物信息,直观的提醒病人药物的使用情况;也可以采用WIFI模块,通过路由器连接至互联网,直接远程将药物信息传输至医生的电脑,使医生可以远程监控病人的药物使用情况,作为其诊断的依据。
本实施例中的药物信息监测装置11,其控制组件114还包括预设剂量切换模块,该模块可切换控制组件114的数据采集方式,使用剂量切换模块后,可根据一次性注射笔的剂量试试记录或者预先设置,并配合记录注射时间。
编码体1132和控制组件114与调节旋钮121的固定方式可以有多种,例如直接固定式,设置一固定架,将编码体1132和控制组件114固定在固定架上,然后固定架上设置可夹紧调节旋钮121的夹紧结构,在调节旋钮121转动时,只有固定架、编码体1132和控制组件114随之转动,壳体112保持自身静止;也可以采用间接固定式,将编码体1132和控制组件114固定在壳体112内,壳体112与调节旋钮121固定,在转动时,壳体112连同内部的编码体1132和控制组件114一同转动。如图1和图2所示,本实施例中采用间接固定的方式。编码体1132和控制组件114固定在壳体内,壳体112的一端与调节旋钮121相互固定,可随之转动,而按钮 111转动连接在壳体112的另一端。在按压按钮111进行注射的时候,调节旋钮121带动壳体112一起转动,由于按钮111与壳体112之间转动连接,不会随之转动,自身保持静止。这种壳体112与调节旋钮121固定的方式,使壳体112与编码体1132和控制组件114结合成一体,可为壳体112内部的结构提供保护。
壳体112与调节旋钮121之间的固定方式可以为多种,例如在壳体112边缘设置粘贴结构,安装药物信息监测装置11时,直接将壳体112与调节旋钮121粘贴固定;或者在壳体112上环绕设置多个卡紧螺栓,安装时用壳体112套在调节旋钮 121外,旋入卡紧螺栓卡住固定等方式,具体的固定方式还可采用现有技术中的其他结构,本实施例中不在详述,只需保证安装简单,壳体112能与调节旋钮 121同步转动即可。
壳体112和按钮111的转动连接方式可以有多种,本实施例中的壳体112一端设有卡环1121,按钮111的一端可穿过卡环1121,其另一端设有限位圈1111,可卡住卡环1121,使按钮111不会脱出。在使用时,用户按压按钮111,按钮111向下位移,使限位圈1111脱离卡环1121,壳体112被调节旋钮121带动转动时不会与按钮111发生摩擦,使转动更为顺畅,同时避免了按钮111被带动转动导致旋转块1131轴向转动,影响编码体1132采集的相对转动圈数数据精确性的问题。在实际使用中,也可以采用其他的转动连接方式,例如转动轴承连接壳体112和按钮111等方式。
本实施例中的药物信息监测装置11,其可以安装在市面上直接购买的各种注射笔12上,配合注射笔12的使用,在不添加额外操作动作的情况下,可以监测注射笔12的药物注射信息,并发送至外部设备,为用户和医生提供了便利,其具有安装操作容易,监测精度高等优点。
如图1所示,本实施例还提供了药物信息监测式注射装置1,直接集成了注射笔12和上述的药物信息监测装置11,注射笔12的调节旋钮121与编码体1132以及控制组件114固定。
本实施中的药物信息监测式注射装置1,采用与市面上的注射笔12相同的操作动作,即“转动—按下”的方式,即可完成选择剂量、注射、监测药物信息的全过程,其不仅可调节选择剂量注射药物,并且自动监测注射药物剂量和注射时间,存储后为用户和医生提供重要的依据。
如图1所示,调节旋钮121的一端设有连接套1211,连接套1211的外侧设有螺纹,壳体112一端通过螺纹与连接套1211固定,即通过连接套1211将调节旋钮121和壳体112相互固定。连接套1211和壳体112内部形成放置腔,旋转编码器113和控制组件114设置在放置腔内与连接套1211或者壳体112固定,使编码体1132和控制组件114能同步被调节旋钮121带动转动。
在放置腔内,还设置有其他电路结构,如图2所示,这些电路结构包括电池(未示出)和振子1141,电池可以为整个药物信息监测装置11供电,振子1141受控制组件114控制,可在指定时间或条件下进行震动,提示用户,例如设置需要注射的时间,到该时间后震动提示。
为了进一步加强提示的功能,在连接套1211外侧还设有环形指示灯(未示出),环形指示灯也受控制组件114控制,可以在指定的时间或条件下进行闪烁,从视觉上配合振子1141提示用户,例如在注射中持续发光,快注射完成时变为闪烁状态,提示即将注射完成。环形指示灯还可以通过灯光的颜色或频率显示药物信息监测装置11的电量、信息传输状态、无线连接状态、药物信息采集模式等,可根据实际需要设定不同的工作状态。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 药物信息监测装置,用于检测装有药物的注射笔的注射剂量,所述注射笔一端设有用于确定注射剂量的调节旋钮,其特征在于,所述药物信息监测装置包括的壳体、用于将所述调节旋钮的转动信息转换为药物注射剂量信息的旋转编码器以及控制组件,所述旋转编码器包括编码体以及与所述编码体转动连接的旋转块,所述编码体和所述控制组件电性连接并且均固定于所述调节旋钮,所述壳体罩设于所述编码体和所述控制组件外,所述壳体一端设有按钮,所述旋转块固定连接至所述按钮。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的药物信息监测装置,其特征在于,所述控制组件包括可传输无线信息的无线发送模块。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的药物信息监测装置,其特征在于,所述编码体和所述控制组件固定于所述壳体内,所述壳体一端固定于所述调节旋钮,所述按钮转动连接于所述壳体另一端。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的药物信息监测装置,其特征在于,所述壳体一端设有卡环,所述按钮一端穿过所述卡环,其另一端外沿凸设有用于卡住所述卡环的限位圈。
  5. 药物信息监测式注射装置,其特征在于,包括一端设有调节旋钮的注射笔和权利要求1所述的药物信息监测装置,所述药物信息监测装置中的所述编码体以及所述控制组件与所述调节旋钮固定。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的药物信息监测式注射装置,其特征在于,所述调节旋钮一端设有连接套,所述壳体一端通过螺纹与所述连接套固定,所述连接套和所述壳体内部形成放置腔,所述旋转编码器和所述控制组件设于所述放置腔内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的药物信息监测式注射装置,其特征在于,所述放置腔内还设有用于供电的电池。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的药物信息监测式注射装置,其特征在于,所述放置腔内部设有振子,所述振子受所述控制组件控制。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的药物信息监测式注射装置,其特征在于,所述连接套外侧设有环形指示灯,所述环形指示灯受所述控制组件控制。
