Claims (12)
- 薬物送達デバイス用のプライミング機構であって、以下:
スピンドル(124);及び用量ダイアルスリーブ(103);を含んでなる用量設定機構(4、52、74);
カートリッジホルダ(6、54、72)で、そのカートリッジの近位端近傍に可動の栓を含んでなるカートリッジを含んでなる該カートリッジホルダ(6、54、72);
該カートリッジホルダ(6、54、72)を上記用量設定機構の上記ダイアルスリーブ(103)と連結させる連結部材(80);及び
該連結部材(80)に回転連結されるスピンドルナット(114)で、該カートリッジホルダ(6、54、72)を該用量設定機構の該スピンドル(124)に連結する、該スピンドルナット(114);
を含んでなり、
該カートリッジホルダ(6、54、72)が、該用量設定機構(4、52、74)に対して回転するとき、該スピンドルナットが回転し、そして該スピンドル(124)を該栓との隣接係合に動かし、
前記用量設定機構(4、52、74)が少なくとも1つの可撓性ロッキングエレメント(98a、98b)を含んでなり、ここで前記カートリッジホルダ(6、54、72)が回転するとき、前記連結部材(80)も回転して、それにより、該可撓性部材(98a、98b)を解放し、そして前記用量ダイアルスリーブ(103)が回転するのを可能にし、そして前記薬物送達デバイスの使用者が用量を設定するのを可能にする、

- 前記連結部材(80)が薄い金属プレス板を含んでなる、請求項1又は2に記載のプライミング機構。
- 前記連結部材(80)が剛性の連結部材を含んでなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のプライミング機構。
- 前記スピンドルナット(114)が、更に、複数のラセン傾斜面(116a、116b)を含んでなり、前記カートリッジホルダ(6、54、72)が、該スピンドルが前記栓の第一の表面に隣接するように回転するとき、該複数のラセン傾斜面が、該スピンドルナット(114)を遠位方向(D2、128)に駆動する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプライミング機構。
- 前記カートリッジホルダ(6、54、72)は、用量が前記用量設定機構で設定され得る前に回転するよう適合される、上記請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のプライミング機構を含む薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記カートリッジホルダ(6、54、72)は、用量が前記用量設定機構で設定され得る前に、該用量設定機構(4、52、74)に対して回転するよう適合される、上記請求項6に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記カートリッジホルダ(6、54、72)の回転が前記薬物送達デバイスをプライミングする、請求項6又は7に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記カートリッジホルダ(6、54、72)が回転した後、前記カートリッジホルダが、前記用量設定機構(4、52、74)に対して回転が固定される請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記カートリッジホルダ(6、54、72)が回転した後、前記カートリッジホルダが、前記用量設定機構(4、52、74)に対して、一方逆止戻り止め機構により回転が固定される、請求項9に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記カートリッジホルダ(6、54、72)は、前記用量が前記用量設定機構(4、52、74)により設定され得る前に、前記カートリッジホルダが回転する必要があることの視覚表示を提供する、請求項6〜10のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 用量が前記用量設定機構(4、52、74)で設定され得る前に、前記カートリッジホルダ(6、54、72)は、360°より小さい角度で回転する必要がある、請求項6〜11のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
