Description

Claims (13)
- 注射デバイス(1)であって:
i.二セットの用量設定・注射構成部材の各セットが、用量の設定中、独立して作動可能であり、構成部材の両方のセットが、用量の注射中、同時に作動可能であるように構成され、ここで構成部材の各セットが、用量設定及び用量注射中に相互作用するドライブシフト(9)及びギア(10)、エネルギを蓄積するためのスプリング(18)及び用量注射のためのプランジャ(12)を含み;ここでドライブシャフト(9)はスプリング(18)に接続されそしてギア(10)はプランジャ(12)を駆動するためプランジャ(12)と接続される、そのギア(10)とそのドライブシャフト(9)はスプリング(18)により供給されるエネルギを伝達するため互いに接続されている;該二セットの用量設定・注射構成部材;
ii.単一トリガが起動したとき、スプリングが、エネルギを供給してプランジャを駆動するように、一つ又はそれ以上の用量設定・注射構成部材に連結される、該単一トリガ(11);を含んでなる用量設定・注射アセンブリ
を含んでなり、
ここで、トリガ(11)は、トリガが用量設定位置にあるとき、両方のギア(10)と直接連結にあり、そしてトリガが用量注射位置に起動するとき、両方のギアから連結を解除されるアセンブリ(16)を含む、
上記注射デバイス(1)。 - 用量設定・注射アセンブリに連結された薬剤ハウジング(4)を含んでなる請求項1に記載の注射デバイスであって、注射デバイス(1)は、更に、遠位連結器、及び遠位連結器に取り外し可能に取り付けられたニードルアダプタ(2)を含んでなる、上記注射デバイス。
- 遠位連結器がねじ式でない、請求項2に記載の注射デバイス。
- 薬剤ハウジング(4)が、薬剤の二つのカートリッジ(6)を保持する、請求項2又は3に記載の注射デバイス。
- 薬剤ハウジング(4)が、二つの分離したコンパートメントを含み、各コンパートメントは薬剤の一つのカートリッジ(6)を保持する、請求項4に記載の注射デバイス。
- ニードルアダプタ(2)が二つのニードルスタブ(25)を有する、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- ニードルスタブ(25)が、薬剤ハウジング(4)内に設置された二つのカートリッジ(6)内に位置する二つのセプタムを穿孔するように構成された、請求項6に記載の注射デバイス。
- ニードルアダプタ(2)は、流体チャンネル(27)と流体連通にある二つのニードルスタブ(25)を含有する内部スタブマウント(28)を有するボディ(29)を含み、この流体チャンネル(27)は両口使い捨て針アセンブリ(7)により穿孔可能なセプタム(26)と流体連通にある、請求項6又は7に記載の注射デバイス。
- 用量設定構成部材が、薬剤の二つのカートリッジ(6)の用量を同時に設定するように構成される単一用量ダイヤル(5)のみを有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- デバイス(1)は、プランジャ(12)を駆動するためのエネルギが、用量の設定中、スプリング(18)内に蓄積されるように構成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- スプリング(18)は、トリガ(11)が起動するとき巻き戻されるトーションばねである、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- トリガ(11)が、用量の設定中、構成部材の両方のセットのギアの回転を阻止するように配置される、請求項11に記載の注射デバイス。
- 一セットの用量設定構成部材が事前決定された固定用量のみを設定するように構成される、請求項1に記載の注射デバイス。
