−第一の軸に沿って本体の中に配置され、そして、第一の軸に沿った第一の入力部材の運動が、本体に対して第二の入力部材の回転運動に転換されるような方法で連結される、第一の入力部材(6)及び第二の入力部材(7)、
−第二の軸に沿って本体の中に配置され、そして、第一の出力部材の回転運動が、本体に対して第二の軸に沿った第二の出力部材の運動に転換されるような方法で連結される、第一の出力部材(8)及び第二の出力部材(9)、
−第一の入力部材(6)が、遠位方向(20)に動かされるとき、解放可能なように回転連結されている、第二の入力部材(7)及び第一の出力部材(8)、
−第二の入力部材(7)と第一の出力部材(8)を解放可能なように回転連結するピニオン部材(11)、
