Description
図7は、従来の空気調和機の室内機における室内機梱包状態全体の一例を示す斜視図、図8は、従来の空気調和機の室内機における室内機梱包状態全体の一例を示す分解斜視図、図9は、従来の空気調和機の室内機における筐体を示す正面斜視図、図10は、従来の空気調和機の室内機における筐体を示す背面斜視図、図11は、図9における筐体のD−D断面図、図12は、従来の空気調和機の室内機における室内機梱包状態全体を示す背面斜視図、図13は、図12における筐体のE−E断面図、図14は、図13における筐体のF部分詳細図、図15は、図13における筐体のG部分詳細図である。
空気調和機の室内機1は、図7及び図8に示すように両側面に発泡スチロールなどの緩衝部材4が装着され、その状態で段ボール箱2内に収納され、外側をバンド3で囲われて梱包される。そして、梱包された空気調和機の室内機1は通常、倉庫などに複数段に積み上げられて保管される。
実施の形態1.
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る空気調和機の室内機における筐体を示す正面斜視図、図2は、本発明の実施の形態に係る空気調和機の室内機における筐体を示す背面斜視図、図3は、図1における筐体のA−A断面図、図4は、本発明の実施の形態に係る空気調和機の室内機における室内機梱包状態全体を示す背面斜視図である。
本実施の形態に係る空気調和機の室内機1は、筐体5と、筐体5の正面に取り付けられた意匠パネル7と、後面に取り付けられた据付板6と、により外観を構成しており、室内機1は壁などに据付板6で固定できるようになっている。また、室内機1を正面視して筐体5の右側面側(以下、電気品箱収納側と称す)には電気品箱収納部5bが、左側面側(以下、意匠側面側と称す)には意匠側面リブ部5aがそれぞれ設けられている。
また、意匠側面リブ部5aの近傍には、図3に示すように意匠側面平面部5dが設けられている。その意匠側面平面部5dは、筐体5の短手方向に沿って先端部5d’が背面視して略長方形状に突出して設けられており、その先端部5d’は意匠側面リブ部5aの先端部5a’と背面視して略平行に、かつ、同じ位置まで突出して設けられている。
本実施の形態に係る空気調和機の室内機1は、梱包時に図4に示すように両側面に発泡スチロールなどの緩衝部材4が装着される。この緩衝部材4は室内機1の側面に装着され、側面側の一部を覆うため、図8に示すように室内機1の側面の形状に合わせて凹んだ形状を有しており、その形状の内壁が形成されている。
それにより、開梱するときに緩衝部材4を室内機1からスムーズに取り外せ、開梱作業性を損ねずに済む。
Claims (3)
- 筐体の少なくとも一方の側面側に、
前記筐体の短手方向に沿って突出して設けられ、先端部が背面視して線形状の意匠側面リブ部と、
前記筐体の短手方向に沿って突出して設けられ、先端部が背面視して略長方形状の意匠側面平面部と、を有し、
前記筐体の前記側面に梱包用の緩衝部材を装着した際、
前記意匠側面リブ部の先端部及び前記意匠側面平面部の先端部がともに前記緩衝部材の内壁に接触する
ことを特徴とする空気調和機の室内機。 - 前記意匠側面平面部の前記先端部は、
前記意匠側面リブ部の前記先端部と略平行に突出して設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機の室内機。 - 前記筐体は、
両側面側のそれぞれに前記意匠側面リブ部と、前記意匠側面平面部と、を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気調和機の室内機。
