Description
このように構成した本実施形態によれば、作動圧力検査工程S1、液口栓取り付け工程S2、取り付け状態検査工程S3及び上蓋取り付け工程S4をこの順で行うので、排気弁6の開弁圧の検査を容易にするとともに取り付けられる排気弁6の開弁圧の精度を向上させることができる。また、液口栓4の気密性の検査を行うことで、液口栓4の取り付けの確実性を向上させることができる。したがって、一括排気型の制御弁式鉛蓄電池100の品質を向上させることができる。
なお、本発明は前記実施形態に限られるものではない。

Claims (5)
- 複数のセル室に区画された電槽と、当該電槽の上部開口を塞ぐ電槽蓋と、当該電槽蓋において前記各セル室に対応して設けられ、セル室の内部圧力に応じて開閉する排気弁を内蔵した複数の液口栓と、前記複数の液口栓の上部を閉塞するとともに、前記複数の液口栓から出るガスを外部に排出する排出口を有する上蓋とを有する鉛畜電池の製造方法であって、
排気弁の作動圧力を検査する作動圧力検査工程を経た液口栓を前記電槽蓋に取り付ける液口栓取り付け工程と、
前記液口栓取り付け工程により前記電槽蓋に取り付けられた液口栓の取り付け状態を検査する取り付け状態検査工程と、
前記取り付け状態検査工程により前記液口栓が前記電槽蓋に正常に取り付けられている場合に前記上蓋を前記電槽蓋に取り付ける上蓋取り付け工程とを有する鉛蓄電池の製造方法。 - 前記作動圧力検査工程を前記液口栓について全数で実施するとともに、前記取り付け状態検査工程を前記液口栓を取り付けた電槽蓋について抜き取りで実施するものである請求項1記載の鉛蓄電池の製造方法。
- 前記液口栓取り付け工程及び前記取り付け状態検査工程を同時に行うものである請求項1記載の鉛蓄電池の製造方法。
- 前記液口栓取り付け工程が、前記電槽蓋に形成された注液口の雌ねじ部に前記液口栓を螺合させることによって取り付けるものであり、前記取り付け状態検査工程が、前記雌ねじ部に螺合された前記液口栓を締め付け方向とは逆方向に操作することによって行うものである請求項1記載の鉛蓄電池の製造方法。
- 前記上蓋取り付け工程が、前記電槽蓋に前記上蓋を着脱不可に固定するものである請求項1記載の鉛蓄電池の製造方法。
