Abstract

本实用新型的名称为一种大周圈矩形螺纹阀控电池排气栓。属于阀控铅酸蓄电池技术领域。它主要是解决现有ABS材质的汽车用阀控铅酸蓄电池在高温环境下排气栓存在刚性不够而导致容易变形,从而引起松脱进而影响电池寿命的问题。它的主要特征是:包括由外端的六角帽体、紧靠六角帽体的圆柱盖体和内侧的台阶圆柱体构成的排气栓(4);在所述的台阶圆柱上设有截面为矩形的矩形螺纹(6),且该矩形螺纹(6)的周向长度为340~360°。本实用新型具有与蓄电池盖体之间接触面积大、螺纹强度高的特点,特别适用于PP材质的汽车阀控铅酸电池。

技术领域
本实用新型属于阀控铅酸蓄电池技术领域,具体涉及一种具备大周圈矩形螺纹阀控电池排气栓。
背景技术
阀控铅酸蓄电池是指电池内部有压力,在压力达到一定限度时,有阀开启,当压力下降后,阀自动关闭,因此较普通铅酸电池多了一个带阀的排气栓,因此称为阀控铅酸蓄电池,现有排气栓如图1、图2、图3所示,排气栓1依次包括外端的六角帽体、紧靠六角帽体的圆柱盖体和内侧的台阶圆柱体,台阶圆柱体上设有与蓄电池盖体连接的螺纹3,该螺纹3普遍采用锥形螺纹及小周圈矩形螺纹,台阶圆柱体上部用于安装密封圈2。通常阀控铅酸蓄电池普遍应用于通信电力领域,随着新能源汽车的兴起,开始应用到汽车领域。以往汽车用阀控铅酸蓄电池由于其高温环境,均采用聚丙烯PP作为外壳材料,而固定型阀控铅酸蓄电池都是采用ABS材料,PP虽然耐热性较ABS出色,但是刚性则不如ABS,导致排气栓1与盖体连接的螺纹3,在使用PP环境中容易变形,从而引起松脱进而影响电池寿命。因此有必要对螺纹进行改进,增加刚性以适应汽车用阀控电池需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足,提供一种大周圈矩形螺纹阀控电池排气栓,与蓄电池盖体之间有较大的接触面积,在热环境中分散并长期承担工作压力,特别适用于PP材质的汽车阀控铅酸电池。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种大周圈矩形螺纹阀控电池排气栓,包括由外端的六角帽体、紧靠六角帽体的圆柱盖体和内侧的台阶圆柱体构成的排气栓,其特征在于:在所述的台阶圆柱上设有截面为矩形的矩形螺纹,且该矩形螺纹的周向长度为340~360°。
本实用新型的技术方案中所述的矩形螺纹的截面积为90~150mm2
本实用新型由于在现有排气栓的采用台阶圆柱上设有截面为矩形的矩形螺纹,且该矩形螺纹的周向长度为340~360°,因而较目前普遍采用的锥形螺纹及小周圈矩形螺纹,矩形螺纹横断面积大、强度高,有较大的螺纹刚性,同时与蓄电池盖体之间有较大的接触面积,长期在高温环境中对PP材料的孔伤害小,保证用于装于圆柱盖体上的密封圈长期密封性。本实用新型具有与蓄电池盖体之间接触面积大、螺纹强度高的特点,特别适用于PP材质的汽车阀控铅酸电池。

具体实施方式
如图4、图5、图6所示。排气栓4包括外端的六角帽体、紧靠六角帽体的圆柱盖体和内侧的台阶圆柱体,六角帽体大小及形状、圆柱盖体的大小、台阶圆柱体的大小均与现有排气栓1相同。不同的是在台阶圆柱上设有截面为矩形的矩形螺纹6,且该矩形螺纹6的周向长度为340~360°,截面积为90~150mm2,在圆柱盖体上设有密封圈安装位。矩形螺纹6横断面积大,强度高;矩形螺纹6长,接触面积大,长期在高温环境中对PP材料的孔伤害小,保证密封圈5长期密封性。

1.一种大周圈矩形螺纹阀控电池排气栓,包括由外端的六角帽体、紧靠六角帽体的圆柱盖体和内侧的台阶圆柱体构成的排气栓(4),其特征在于:在所述的台阶圆柱上设有截面为矩形的矩形螺纹(6),且该矩形螺纹(6)的周向长度为340~360°。
