背景技术
阀控铅酸蓄电池是指电池内部有压力,在压力达到一定限度时,有阀开启,当压力下降后,阀自动关闭,因此较普通铅酸电池多了一个带阀的排气栓,因此称为阀控铅酸蓄电池。通常阀控电池普遍应用于通信电力领域,随着新能源汽车的兴起,开始应用到汽车领域。不同于通信电力静态使用环境,汽车使用属于移动环境,长期高温震动会引起排气栓松脱,影响电池寿命,因此需要针对汽车等移动环境设计新的排气栓。
发明内容
本实用新型用于克服已有技术的缺陷而提供一种具有止退钉的阀控电池排气栓。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种具有止退钉的阀控电池排气栓,包括排气栓,其特征在于:在所述的排气栓的螺纹下方设有一个呈凸起状的止退钉,该止退钉与阀控电池大盖螺纹孔的阻挡钉相配合,结合配合大盖孔上的阻挡钉,能有效防止在震动环境中排气栓松脱,保证正常工作状态。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的排气栓的螺纹为矩形截面的矩形螺纹,且该矩形螺纹的周向长度为340~360°。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的矩形螺纹的截面积为90~150mm2
本实用新型在现有排气栓的基础上,由于在排气栓的螺纹下设有一个呈凸起状的止退钉,该止退钉与阀控电池大盖螺纹孔的阻挡钉相配合,因而止退钉与大盖螺纹孔的两个阻挡钉配合,能防止排气栓反向旋转,能有效防止在震动环境中排气栓松脱,保证正常工作状态,同时由于此止退钉处于螺纹的最下方,不影响和破坏螺纹孔的螺纹,保障密封圈密封牢固,起到在颠簸的汽车使用环境中,排气栓稳定可靠作用。本实用新型由于采用截面为矩形的矩形螺纹,且矩形螺纹的周向长度为340~360°,因而较目前普遍采用的锥形螺纹及小周圈矩形螺纹,矩形螺纹横断面积大、强度高,有较大的螺纹刚性,同时与蓄电池盖体之间有较大的接触面积,长期在高温环境中对PP材料的孔伤害小,保证密封圈长期密封性。本实用新型具有可用于移动环境如新能源汽车上,防止排气栓松脱的特点。本实用新型主要用于汽车阀控铅酸蓄电池。

具体实施方式
如图1至图5所示。本实用新型具有止退钉的阀控电池排气栓是在现有排气栓2的螺纹6下方设有一个呈凸起状的止退钉4,止退钉4为一凸块,止退钉4与阀控电池大盖1螺纹孔的阻挡钉5相配合,能防止排气栓2反向旋转,起到防退作用,这样就可有效防止在震动环境中排气栓2松脱,保证正常工作状态。同时由于止退钉4处于螺纹6的最下方,排气栓2旋进旋出时,不会与大盖1螺纹孔的螺纹干涉,不会破坏螺纹,可保障密封圈3密封牢固。排气栓2的螺纹6为矩形截面的矩形螺纹,且该矩形螺纹的周向长度为340~360°,截面积为90~150mm2。矩形螺纹横断面积大,强度高;矩形螺纹长,接触面积大,长期在高温环境中对PP材料的孔伤害小,保证密封圈3长期密封性。

1.一种具有止退钉的阀控电池排气栓,包括排气栓(2),其特征在于:在所述的排气栓(2)的螺纹(6)下方设有一个呈凸起状的止退钉(4),该止退钉(4)与阀控电池大盖(1)螺纹孔的阻挡钉(5)相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有止退钉的阀控电池排气栓,其特征在于:所述的排气栓(2)的螺纹(6)为矩形截面的矩形螺纹,且该矩形螺纹的周向长度为340~360°。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有止退钉的阀控电池排气栓,其特征在于:所述的矩形螺纹的截面积为90~150mm2
