Description
前記処理袋の前記排出口に、前記処理袋本体内の処理水を排出する処理水排出ラインの一端が接続されていると共に、該処理水排出ラインの他端が、前記水槽の前記外側空間に接続されることにより、前記処理袋から排出された処理水が前記外側空間に流入し、前記漲水の水位が常時一定に保たれる構成であることを特徴とする処理装置である。
前記排出管から汚泥排出管が分岐しており、
前記処理水流入管と前記汚泥排出管に、それぞれ流路を開閉する開閉弁が設けられ、
前記排出管に濁度センサが設けられ、
前記処理袋本体内の処理水を前記排出口から前記排出管に排出した際、前記濁度センサによって、前記排出管内を流れる処理水に汚泥が混入して濁度が変化したことを検出した場合に、前記処理水流入管の前記開閉弁を閉じ、前記汚泥排出管の前記開閉弁を開いて、前記汚泥排出管から汚泥を排出するように制御する制御手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の処理装置である。

Claims (4)
- 不透水性で可撓性を有するシートによって密閉状に形成された処理袋本体と、前記処理袋本体の内部への処理対象液の供給を行う供給口及び外部への処理水の排出を行う排出口とを有する処理袋を、漲水が貯留された水槽内に浸漬することにより、前記水槽内が前記処理袋本体の内側空間と前記漲水が貯留される外側空間とに区画されており、
前記処理袋の前記排出口に、前記処理袋本体内の処理水を排出する処理水排出ラインの一端が接続されていると共に、該処理水排出ラインの他端が、前記水槽の前記外側空間に接続されることにより、前記処理袋から排出された処理水が前記外側空間に流入し、前記漲水の水位が常時一定に保たれる構成であることを特徴とする処理装置。 - 前記処理水排出ラインは、前記排出口に接続された排出管と、該排出管と前記外側空間とに亘って接続された処理水流入管とによって構成され、
前記排出管から汚泥排出管が分岐しており、
前記処理水流入管と前記汚泥排出管に、それぞれ流路を開閉する開閉弁が設けられ、
前記排出管に濁度センサが設けられ、
前記処理袋本体内の処理水を前記排出口から前記排出管に排出した際、前記濁度センサによって、前記排出管内を流れる処理水に汚泥が混入して濁度が変化したことを検出した場合に、前記処理水流入管の前記開閉弁を閉じ、前記汚泥排出管の前記開閉弁を開いて、前記汚泥排出管から汚泥を排出するように制御する制御手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の処理装置。 - 前記処理袋本体内の汚泥を排出した際の液体減少分に相当する漲水を前記水槽内に供給する漲水供給手段を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の処理装置。
- 前記水槽に、前記供給口から前記処理袋本体内に処理対象液を供給した際の液体増加分に相当する漲水を排出するオーバーフロー口を有することを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載の処理装置。
