Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係るモータの構成を示す模式側面図である。図1に示すように、第1の実施形態に係るモータ1は、エンコーダ付きモータであり、モータ部10と、エンコーダ部20とを備える。なお、以下においては、位置関係を明確にするために、互いに直交するX軸、Y軸を規定し、Z軸正方向を鉛直上向き方向とする。
ところで、上述した第1の実施形態では、中間座が略円筒状の形状を有する部材である場合の例について説明したが、中間座の形状は、略円筒状の形状に限定されない。そこで、以下では、中間座の他の構成例について説明する。

Claims (4)
- シャフトを有する回転電機部と、
本体部と該本体部に対して回転自在に設けられた回転入力軸とを有する回転検出器と、
前記回転検出器の回転入力軸と前記シャフトとを軸方向と交差する方向への相対変位を許容しつつ連結するオルダム継手と、
前記シャフトの軸線側に内周面を有し、前記シャフトに対して位置決めされた状態で前記回転電機部に取付けられ、前記回転検出器の本体部が取付けられる取付部を有する中間座と
を備え、
前記回転入力軸と前記オルダム継手との取付面が、前記中間座と前記回転検出器の本体部との取付面よりも前記シャフト側に配置され、前記シャフトと前記オルダム継手との取付面が、前記中間座と前記回転電機部との取付面よりも前記回転検出器側に配置される、回転電機。 - 前記中間座は、
前記内周面の中心位置が前記シャフトの軸線と一致する、請求項1に記載の回転電機。 - 前記回転検出器の本体部は、
所定のパターンが形成され、前記回転入力軸とともに回転するディスクと、
前記ディスクを挟んで対向配置される発光素子および受光素子と
を備え、
前記シャフトは、
前記ディスクよりも径が大きい、請求項1または2に記載の回転電機。 - 前記中間座は、
略円筒状の部材であって、前記軸方向の一端面に、全周に亘って平坦な領域が形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の回転電機。
