Claims (10)
- ロータ;
前記ロータの外側に配置されるステータ;
前記ロータと前記ステータの間で発生した磁場を測定するセンサ組立体;および
前記センサ組立体はハウジングを含み、
前記ロータおよび前記ステータは前記ハウジングの外部に配置され、
前記センサ組立体は前記ハウジングの内部に配置され、
前記ロータの軸方向を基準として、前記ハウジングと前記ステータの位置を整列させる整列手段を含み、
前記整列手段は前記ハウジングおよび前記ステータのうち少なくともいずれか一つに配置される、トルクセンサ。 - 前記整列手段は、
前記ステータに配置される溝と、前記ハウジングに配置されて前記溝に位置する突起を含む、請求項1に記載のトルクセンサ。 - 前記ステータはモールド部材と前記モールド部材に固定されるステータトゥースを含み、
前記溝は前記モールド部材に配置される、請求項2に記載のトルクセンサ。 - トルクセンサ;および
前記トルクセンサと連結される電子制御装置を含み、
前記トルクセンサは、
ロータ;
前記ロータの外側に配置されるステータ;および
前記ロータと前記ステータの間で発生した磁場を測定するセンサ組立体;
ハウジングを含み、
前記ロータおよび前記ステータは前記ハウジングの外部に配置され、
前記センサ組立体は前記ハウジングの内部に配置され、
前記ロータの軸方向を基準として、前記ハウジングと前記ステータの位置を整列させる整列手段を含み、
前記整列手段は前記ハウジングおよび前記ステータのうち少なくともいずれか一つに配置される、操向装置。 - ロータ;
前記ロータの外側に配置されるステータ;および
前記ロータと前記ステータの間で発生した磁場を測定するセンサ組立体;
前記センサ組立体はハウジングを含み、
前記ロータおよび前記ステータは前記ハウジングの外部に配置され、
前記ハウジングは前記ステータに向かう前面と前記前面の反対に位置する後面を含み、
前記ハウジングは前記後面から前記前面を貫通して前記センサ組立体の基板が挿入されるスロットを含み、
前記スロットは、前記スロットの内側壁に配置される第1係止部を含み、
前記基板は、前記基板の両側面に配置されて前記基板の挿入方向に前記第1係止部に係止されるように配置される第2係止部を含む、トルクセンサ。 - 前記第1係止部は段を含み、前記第2係止部は前記段に係止される突起を含む、請求項7に記載のトルクセンサ。
- トルクセンサ;および
前記トルクセンサと連結される電子制御装置を含み、
前記トルクセンサは、
ロータ;
前記ロータの外側に配置されるステータ;および
前記ロータと前記ステータの間で発生した磁場を測定するセンサ組立体を含み、
前記センサ組立体はハウジングを含み、
前記ロータおよび前記ステータは前記ハウジングの外部に配置され、
前記ハウジングは前記ステータに向かう前面と前記前面の反対に位置する後面を含み、
前記ハウジングは前記後面から前記前面を貫通して前記センサ組立体の基板が挿入されるスロットを含み、
前記スロットは、前記スロットの内側壁に配置される第1係止部を含み、
前記基板は、前記基板の両側面に配置されて前記基板の挿入方向に前記第1係止部に係止されるように配置される第2係止部を含む、操向装置。 - ロータ;
前記ロータの外側に配置されるステータ;および
前記ロータと前記ステータの間で発生した磁場を測定するセンサ組立体を含み、
前記センサ組立体はハウジングを含み、
前記ロータおよび前記ステータは前記ハウジングの外部に配置され、
前記ハウジングはコレクタとバックヨークを含み、
前記ロータおよび前記ステータは前記コレクタの前方に配置され、前記バックヨークは前記コレクタの後方に配置される、トルクセンサ。 - 前記ハウジングは前記ステータに向かう前面と前記前面の反対に位置する後面を含み、前記ハウジングは前記後面から前記前面を貫通して前記センサ組立体の基板が挿入されるスロットを含む、請求項8に記載のトルクセンサ。
- トルクセンサ;および
前記トルクセンサと連結される電子制御装置を含み、
前記トルクセンサは、
ロータ;
前記ロータの外側に配置されるステータ;および
前記ロータと前記ステータの間で発生した磁場を測定するセンサ組立体を含み、
前記センサ組立体はハウジングを含み、
前記ロータおよび前記ステータは前記ハウジングの外部に配置され、
前記ハウジングはコレクタとバックヨークを含み、
前記ロータおよび前記ステータは前記コレクタの前方に配置され、前記バックヨークは前記コレクタの後方に配置される、操向装置。
