【解決手段】円筒部27bの外周にかしめられる複数ずつのかしめ片29c,30cが、一対の磁気ヨーク29,30にそれぞれ設けられ、かしめ片29c,30cが、複数の爪部29a,30aのうち選択された特定の爪部29a,30aに円筒部27bの半径方向でラップする位置に配置されるとともに爪部29a,30aよりも幅を狭くして形成される。

Claims (3)
- リング状に形成されて第1軸(15)に固定される多極のマグネット(23)と、トーションバー(17)を介して第1軸(15)に同軸に連結される第2軸(16)に固定されるとともに前記マグネット(23)を囲む円筒部(27b)を有するように形成されるヨークホルダ(27)と、前記円筒部(27b)の内側で前記マグネット(23)に対向する複数の爪部(29a,30a)をそれぞれ有して前記ヨークホルダ(27)に固定される一対の磁気ヨーク(29,30)と、第1軸(15)および第2軸(16)の回転位相差を検出するセンサ部(20)とを備えるトルク検出装置において、前記円筒部(27b)の外周にかしめられる複数ずつのかしめ片(29c,30c)が、一対の前記磁気ヨーク(29,30)にそれぞれ設けられ、前記かしめ片(29c,30c)が、複数の前記爪部(29a,30a)のうち選択された特定の爪部(29a,30a)に前記円筒部(27b)の半径方向でラップする位置に配置されるとともに前記爪部(29a,30a)よりも幅を狭くして形成されることを特徴とするトルク検出装置。
- 前記かしめ片(29c,30c)が、前記円筒部(27b)の周方向に沿う中心位置を前記特定の爪部(29a,30a)と一致させるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルク検出装置。
- 一対の前記磁気ヨーク(29,30)の前記爪部(29a,30a)が前記円筒部(27b)の周方向に交互に配置され、前記円筒部(27b)の周方向で相互に隣接して対をなす爪部(29a,30a)が、同一のかしめ刃(40)で同時にかしめられる位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のトルク検出装置。
