Description

本発明は共沸混合物様組成物に関する。より特定すれば、本発明は、ヒドロハロカーボンおよびフッ化水素を含む三成分系の共沸混合物様組成物に関する。
Claims (3)
- 24から45重量%の1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパン、42から65重量%の1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン、および0.5から22重量%のフッ化水素からなる三成分共沸混合物様組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の三成分共沸混合物様組成物であって、23±1℃の温度および23±1psia(159±7kPa)の圧力において、32.3から40.8重量%の1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパン、52.8から58.3重量%の1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン、および6.4から9.4重量%のフッ化水素からなる組成物。
- 1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンを製造する方法であって、
(a)1,1,1,3,3−ペンタクロロプロパンを含む出発物質とフッ素化剤とを反応させて、1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン、フッ化水素、および1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパンを含む反応生成物を生成する工程;
(b)前記反応生成物を蒸留して、請求項1に記載の三成分共沸混合物様組成物を含む蒸留物を生成する工程;および
(c)前記蒸留物を硫酸または苛性溶液と接触させて、前記1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン、フッ化水素、および/または1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパンの少なくとも一部を前記蒸留物から分離する工程であって、前記1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン、フッ化水素、および/または1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパンが、前記三成分共沸混合物様組成物を解消するのに十分な量で分離される工程
を含む方法。
