Description
[0002]本発明は、トランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO−1234ze(E))及び水の共沸性及び共沸混合物様の組成物に関する。
[0019]まず、ドライアイス冷却凝縮器を取り付けたガラス製の真空断熱容器に1234ze(E)を充填した。次に、水を徐々に増加させて加え、混合物の温度を記録した。混合物の温度は最小値に達し、次に一定になり、これは不均一共沸混合物が形成されたことを示した。測定中の雰囲気圧力は14.3psiaであった。測定された温度を表1に示す。

約14.3psia±2psiaの圧力において約−19℃±0.5℃の沸点を有する、[1]に記載の組成物。

実質的に有効量の水及びトランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンから構成されるブレンドを形成することを含む、共沸性又は共沸混合物様の組成物を形成する方法。

トランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン及び少なくとも1種類の不純物を含む混合物からトランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを取り出す方法であって、有効量の水を混合物に加えてトランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン及び水の共沸性又は共沸混合物様の組成物を形成し、不純物から共沸性組成物を分離することを含む上記方法。

不純物が、フッ化水素;1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパン;シス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン;及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、[7]に記載の方法。

液−液相分離、蒸留、少なくとも1種類の乾燥媒体、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される方法を用いてトランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを水から分離する、[9]に記載の方法。
Claims (10)
- 50〜99重量%のトランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO−1234ze(E))及び1〜50重量%の水から構成される共沸混合物又は共沸混合物様の組成物。
- 水が1〜27重量%の量で与えられ、HFO−1234ze(E)が73〜99重量%の量で与えられている、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 水が1〜30重量%の量で与えられ、HFO−1234ze(E)が70〜99重量%の量で与えられている、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 水が1.52〜27重量%の量で与えられ、HFO−1234ze(E)が73〜98.48重量%の量で与えられている、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 14.3psia±2psiaの圧力において−19℃±0.5℃の沸点を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 1〜50重量%の水及び50〜99重量%のトランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンから構成されるブレンドを形成することを含む、共沸混合物又は共沸混合物様の組成物を形成する方法。
- トランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン及び不純物を含む混合物から不純物を取り出す方法であって、有効量の水を混合物に加えて50〜99重量%のトランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO−1234ze(E))及び1〜50重量%の水から構成される共沸混合物又は共沸混合物様の組成物を形成し、不純物から共沸混合物又は共沸混合物様の組成物を分離することを含む上記方法。
- 不純物が、フッ化水素;1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパン;シス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン;及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 水からトランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを分離することを含む、50〜99重量%のトランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO−1234ze(E))及び1〜50重量%の水から構成される共沸混合物又は共沸混合物様の組成物からトランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを単離する方法。
- 液−液相分離、蒸留、少なくとも1種類の乾燥媒体、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される方法を用いてトランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを水から分離する、請求項9に記載の方法。
