Description
本発明の他の態様は、約1〜約95重量%のフッ化水素、及び約5〜約99重量%の1233zd(Z)から実質的に構成され、約3psiaの圧力〜約73psiaの圧力において約0℃〜約60℃の沸点を有する共沸性又は共沸混合物様の組成物を提供する。幾つかの態様においては、この組成物はフッ化水素及び(Z)−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン(1233zd(Z))から構成される。幾つかの態様においては、フッ化水素は約5〜約90重量%の量で存在する。幾つかの態様においては、フッ化水素は約20〜約35重量%の量で存在する。本発明の幾つかの態様は、約3psia〜約73psiaの圧力において約0℃〜約61℃の沸点を有する。
60gの1233zd(Z)を40gのHF中に溶解して不均一共沸混合物を形成した。この実験は、25℃及び14.6psiaにおいて行った。
1233zd(Z)及びHFのみを含む二元組成物をブレンドして、異なる組成の不均一共沸混合物を形成した。混合物の蒸気圧を、約0℃、25℃、及び60℃において測定し、以下の結果が示された。
また、1233zd(Z)/HF混合物の共沸性組成物を、気−液−液平衡(VLLE)実験によって検証した。ここでは、66.6gの1233zd(Z)を33.4gのHF中に溶解して、26℃において不均一の混合物(視認観察)を形成した。蒸気組成物、上部の液(HFに富む)、及び底部の液(有機化合物)をサンプリングした。結果は、共沸性組成物は26℃において約26±3重量%のHFであることを示した。
本発明は以下の態様を含む。

約1〜約95重量%のフッ化水素、及び約5〜約99重量%の(Z)−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン(1233zd(Z))から実質的に構成され、約3psia〜約73psiaの圧力において約0℃〜約60℃の沸点を有する共沸性又は共沸混合物様の組成物。

約1〜約95重量%のフッ化水素と約5〜約99重量%の(Z)−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン(1233zd(Z))をブレンドすることから実質的に構成される、約3psia〜約73psiaの圧力において約0℃〜約60℃の沸点を有する共沸性又は共沸混合物様の組成物を形成する方法。

Claims (3)
- 約1〜約95重量%のフッ化水素、及び約5〜約99重量%の(Z)−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン(1233zd(Z))から実質的に構成され、約3psia〜約73psiaの圧力において約0℃〜約60℃の沸点を有する共沸性又は共沸混合物様の組成物。
- 約26±3重量%のHF及び約74±3重量%の1233zd(Z)を有し、約14.7psiaの圧力において約25℃の沸点を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 約1〜約95重量%のフッ化水素と約5〜約99重量%の(Z)−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン(1233zd(Z))をブレンドすることから実質的に構成される、約3psia〜約73psiaの圧力において約0℃〜約60℃の沸点を有する共沸性又は共沸混合物様の組成物を形成する方法。
