Description
多板クラッチと、該多板クラッチを介して原動機からの動力が伝達される入力要素、該入力要素から動力が伝達される外周側弾性体、該外周側弾性体の内周側に配置される内周側弾性体、前記外周側弾性体からの動力を前記内周側弾性体に伝達する中間要素、および前記内周側弾性体から動力が伝達される出力要素とを含むダンパ装置とを備えた発進装置において、
前記入力要素は、前記多板クラッチのクラッチドラムと共に前記中間要素を挟み込むように該クラッチドラムに連結されることを特徴とする。
Claims (6)
- 多板クラッチと、該多板クラッチを介して原動機からの動力が伝達される入力要素、該入力要素から動力が伝達される外周側弾性体、該外周側弾性体の内周側に配置される内周側弾性体、前記外周側弾性体からの動力を前記内周側弾性体に伝達する中間要素、および前記内周側弾性体から動力が伝達される出力要素とを含むダンパ装置とを備えた発進装置において、
前記外周側弾性体は、周方向に複数配設され、
前記入力要素は、それぞれ前記外周側弾性体の外周を支持する複数の弾性体支持部を有すると共に、互いに隣り合う前記外周側弾性体の一方と当接し、前記多板クラッチのクラッチドラムと共に前記中間要素を挟み込むように該クラッチドラムに連結され、
前記中間要素は、複数の前記外周側弾性体を囲むと共に前記クラッチドラムにより径方向に支持され、前記互いに隣り合う前記外周側弾性体の間で両者と当接する第1当接部を有する第1中間部材と、前記互いに隣り合う前記外周側弾性体の他方と当接する第2当接部を有する第2中間部材とを含むことを特徴とする発進装置。 - 請求項1に記載の発進装置において、
前記入力要素は、前記多板クラッチに向けて延びると共に前記外周側弾性体の一端と当接する当接部を有することを特徴とする発進装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の発進装置において、
前記中間要素は、前記出力要素により軸方向および径方向に支持され、
前記クラッチドラムは、前記出力要素により径方向に支持されることを特徴とする発進装置。 - 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の発進装置において、
前記第1中間部材は、前記クラッチドラムに形成された軸方向延出部により径方向に支持されることを特徴とする発進装置。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の発進装置において、
前記第2中間部材は、前記第2当接部を有すると共に前記クラッチドラムと前記入力要素とにより挟み込まれる第1プレートと、前記第1プレートと共に前記内周側弾性体と前記出力要素とを挟み込むように該第1プレートに連結され、前記出力要素により径方向に支持される第2プレートとを含むことを特徴とする発進装置。 - 請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の発進装置において、
前記多板クラッチは、前記原動機に接続される動力入力部材に向けて移動して摩擦板を該動力入力部材に対して押圧するピストンを有することを特徴とする発進装置。
