Claims (12)
- 原子力設備の水槽側壁(12)における損傷箇所(21)の修繕装置において、
前記水槽側壁(12)に、水槽側壁に沿って立てて、そこから間隔を隔てて固定した、案内レール(6a,6b)を有するガイドシステム(6)と、
前記ガイドシステム(6)の前記案内レール(6a,6b)上に載置されたスライダ(20)とを備え、
前記スライダ(20)は、損傷箇所を含む水槽側壁部位に接着面で当てられる修復被覆材(22)の受け部(30)を有し、
前記受け部(30)は、前記スライダ(20)に、前記水槽側壁(12)に対向して配設され、前記ガイドシステム(6)の長手方向に対して直角方向であって前記水槽側壁(12)の方向に移動可能に支持されていることを特徴とする原子力設備の水槽側壁における損傷箇所の修繕装置。 - スライダ(20)が駆動装置を有しておらず、専ら重力の作用で最終位置に移動できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- ガイドシステム(6)が互いに解体可能に結合された複数のセグメント(8)で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- ガイドシステム(6)が互いに平行に延びる2本の案内レール(6a、6b)で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- ガイドシステム(6)を水槽側壁(12)に固定するために、ガイドシステム(6)に配置され且つ負圧管に接続された複数の吸盤(10)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの吸盤(10)がガイドシステム(6)の長手(縦)方向に対して直角(前後)に移動可能にガイドシステム(6)に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 修復被覆材(22)の接着面とは反対側の背面に負圧を発生することによって修復被覆材(22)が修復被覆材の受け部(30)に固定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 修復被覆材の受け部(30)が空気圧式に移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 修復被覆材の受け部(30)を取り囲み且つ修復被覆材の受け部(30)の送り方向に移動可能でバイアス圧力をもって修復被覆材の受け部(30)に支持された枠(60)を備え、該枠(60)がそれ自体で取り囲んだ内部空間の中に延びる舌片(62)を備え、該舌片(62)の内縁(64)が送り方向(31)において修復被覆材(22)の外縁(65)と一直線に並び、出発位置において修復被覆材(22)より送り方向前方に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 枠(60)と修復被覆材の受け部(30)との間に存在し修復被覆材の受け部(30)を取り囲む捕捉室(66)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 舌片(62)がばね板から成っていることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の装置。
- 枠(60)が空気圧式にバイアスを与えられていることを特徴とする請求項9ないし11のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
